Amazing stay

Amazing stay from start to finish villa was exactly as described and the host couldn’t be more helpful. Highly recommend and will be staying again. 1 min walk from the local supermarket which has everything you could want and need on offer.

Good location. Pool is an added bonus. Property does need some renovation as parts and household items are very old and not in full working order but for a short stay can’t complain. Would stay again

Perfect Hen Do Villa

We visited this villa for my hen do and could not of asked for anything better! Was absolutely perfect and was right next to the supermarket which made it even better. Could not recommend enough!

Couple of bits a bit rough around the edges but when you’re booking for a large group of lads and individual beds some of it’s to be expected.Ideally a new table outside, new sofa inside and the correct parts for the showers to make them more effective and work better.Check you have hot water also, we had a make a call out for this but it was dealt with quickly.The team were always at hand with super quick response time on WhatsApp, I would absolutely book with them again.

Spacious villa, great for large groups. Extremely close to local supermarket, in a quiet area but bars within a walkable distance. A great stay, with easy check in and check out process. Would recommend

Great villa in fab location

Had a lovely stay in the villa. Jim was fab in the run up to it. Villa felt comfortable and large enough for 14 girls. Great location 30 seconda from a supermarket and 10 min taxi from Old town strip.

Friends holiday

Fantastic villa and exactly as described. Close to local amenities and only 10 minute taxi from old town and new town. Pool was great and also very refreshing. Thanks Jim for a great holiday!

Absolutely brilliant holiday and a perfect accommodation. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough for a 15 minute walk to strip or 5 minute in a taxi. The villa is great and spacious enough for 10-12 people, transfers was faultless and Jim was great at communicating from the beginning. Looking forward to returning.

The villa was really nice, we enjoyed it a lot. We did not get hot water in out of the shower so we messaged the owner. He helped us very good and fast.

Great trip with friends

Perfect private villa for group to enjoy with friends/family. Decent facilities and only a Short taxi to strip or old town but far enough away from the loud areas to get the all important rest in. Great communication with Jim beforehand. Not the easiest to find at first attempt but all in all 10/10 from and would definitely use again.

A great holiday for a family

Overall the holiday was great, but the villa is a little bit tired and could use a general overhaul and new mattresses on the single beds with fresh bedding. There were a couple of problems while we were there with the fuses and the aircon which were all resolved very quickly and without hassle which was great. The location is out of the way and a decent supermarket is a fair distance, too far for children to walk easily. Lovely restaurant not too far from the villa. Really spacious and idea for 2 families on holiday together.

Nice villa with plenty of room in a good location. A few of the facilities would benefit from being updated, some of the aircon units look fairly old and some of the furniture is showing signs of general wear and tear. Excellent communication with Jim from start to finish and very accommodating in regards to checking in.

Perfect in every way

Can’t fault this villa - it has more than enough space for 14 people with plenty of bathrooms and actual beds for everyone (no sofa beds). That’s very impressive at this price point. The pool, ping pong table and pool table meant we didn’t even need to venture out of the villa for fun. Other than to the strip at night (a 5 minute, €4 Uber ride away) and the supermarket which had everything (a 2 minute walk), I don’t think some of us even left the villa. Highly recommended and would definitely go back
