This house was in a fantastic location! We visit Tampa every year around the same time and have stayed at plenty of places, but weā€™ve finally found one weā€™d come back to. The golf simulator and game area were a huge hit, and the pool was perfect for relaxing. We also loved the private detached bedroom it added a great touch of privacy. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great stay at this spacious Tampa home! Our group of 15 fit comfortably, with plenty of beds, bathrooms, and common areas for everyone to relax. The house was clean, well-stocked, and exactly as described. The location was convenient to everything we needed, and check-in was smooth and easy. Perfect for large groupsā€”weā€™d definitely stay here again!

Guys weekend paradise

Rented the property for my friends bachelor party. You canā€™t beat the golf simulator and pool combination. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own bed and feel comfortable. In the airport downtown restaurants and bars are all within 10ā€“15 minutes

Great location and place to stay for special events

Helped with special events accommodation with a fairly short commute to the Tampa Convention Center. Was clean and as listed. Communication with the host was super. Very helpful. Thank you for everything! The feedback from the team on site was 4.5 stars out of 5. :)

Our group had an excellent stay at Parkerā€™s place. The home was clean, spacious, and perfectly set up for a large group, with plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. Parker was extremely responsive and quick to help with anything we needed, which made the entire experience even better.The location was idealā€”just a short ride to restaurants, bars, and most Tampa attractions. The backyard setup was amazing, with a great pool area and plenty of space to relax and hang out with friends. Between the ping pong, golf setup, and other outdoor activities, we were never short on things to do.Inside, the golf simulator and game room were perfect for rainy moments, and the large family room made it easy for everyone to gather and watch TV or sports. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay while visiting Tampa, and we would absolutely stay here again on our next trip.
