Enjoy incredible sunrise views from this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo overlooking the Atlantic. Located on the eighth floor of Sea Colony's Annapolis House building (accessible via elevator or stairs), this retreat allows you to spend endless hours on your private balcony with unobstructed ocean and town views. Guests also enjoy the convenience of one reserved, covered parking space within the premier Sea Colony resort.

Main Level: This eighth-floor condo features an open-concept living room with a large flat-screen TV and direct balcony access. The adjacent dining area provides seating for six, while the well-equipped kitchen includes a Keurig, traditional coffee maker, and a breakfast bar with additional seating.

Sleeping Quarters: The Primary Suite is a restful sanctuary featuring a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The second guest bedroom is perfect for families, offering two queen beds and a TV, with access to a full hallway bathroom located just steps away.

Bethany 2025

I’ve been going to Bethany every year for over 10 years. We always call it our home away from home. This by far was our favorite rental. It was updated, clean and comfortable. It has a great view of the ocean and the town. I was with a few very picky 17 year old girls and they loved the place as well, which if you have teens you know is a huge compliment.

Room was a little run down, beds were uncomfortable and pool by our unit closed after Labor Day. View from the room was spectacular, beach and resort were incredible and super clean. Location was perfect, close to some very good restaurants. Check in was a breeze but we were not aware when purchasing online that a 55 activity fee would be charged for each guest upon arrival. Security at the resort was exceptional and staff was friendly. Private beach is a bonus. A coat of paint and some new beds and this would’ve been 5 stars!

The unit is in poor condition. The kitchen is renovated, yes, but that’s it. Otherwise the place is falling apart. The washing machine and dishwasher are broken. There are holes in the wall. The balcony sliding door is broken. The curtains are falling off. Also the unit was delivered in filthy conditions- and with an ant problem in the kitchen. We spent an entire day scrubbing down the place. The property manager is non responsive. Rent at your own risk. Your vacation will be spent handwashing dishes and cleaning someone else’s unit.
