The private backyard is a wonderful place to relax, lounge by the pool and enjoy the outdoor kitchen and outdoor dining area. Grayhawk offers two Championship Golf Courses open to the public, Raptor or Talon course. 36 holes, tour tested. Dine at Isabella's or Phil's Grill. The neighborhood offers over 30 miles of multi-use trails, basketball courts and a butterfly garden. You will not be disappointed in this beautiful home and outdoor space. Snow Birds favorite.
