This carefully designed mountain retreat is the ideal outdoor getaway, central to many Pocono adventures. Perfect for family fun, couples’ ski retreats, visits to Mount Airy Casino, hiking, fishing, kayaking, swimming in the pool, beach outings, golfing, and other activities, it accommodates up to 12 guests.

Welcome to our newly built home featuring 4 stunning bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a powder room. Unwind in the master bedroom’s Jacuzzi after a day of adventure.

The main living area boasts modern furnishings, a convertible sofa bed, a propane fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen/dining area with access to an outdoor deck via sliding door. Enjoy a 55-inch TV with complimentary Netflix.

Downstairs, the basement offers a separate living & game room with a Sony PS5, a poker room, a billiard table, a shuffleboard, and a 75-inch TV with complimentary Netflix. Kids can enjoy a variety of board/card games and the PS5 console.

The kitchen is equipped with all essential appliances, including a modern automatic trash can with an odor-absorbing filter, lid lock, and sensor.

The master bedroom has a 55-inch TV, and Bedroom #4 features a 43-inch TV with complimentary Netflix.

We provide sheets, towels, shampoos, conditioner, and body gel.

For those needing to work, a dedicated workspace with a height-adjustable desk and comfortable chair is located in the master bedroom’s walk-in closet.

Outside, enjoy a concrete patio with a brand new hot tub/Jacuzzi accommodating 5 adults, a wooden deck with a BBQ grill and patio furniture, an outdoor fireplace, and outdoor games like corn hole and ladder toss.

Welcome to our vibrant community! Enjoy a beautiful lake, a refreshing swimming pool, and an exciting spray bay. Community offer a golf course, a fully equipped gym, and a marina perfect for kayaking and paddleboarding. Relax on the beach, go fishing, or unwind at the clubhouse. Stay active with tennis and pickleball courts, a basketball court, and a volleyball area near the beach. You can also enjoy bocce ball, shuffleboard, and a dedicated kids’ play area.

We are flexible with our check in and check out times unless we have guests arriving or leaving in the same day. In such situation the check in is 4pm and check out is 11am.

A total of six yellow wristbands will be provided. Yellow wristbands will have full access to all amenities of the community. The remaining wristbands will be white. White wristbands will have full access to all amenities of the community except the swimming pool. White wristbands holders must pay $10 per person per day to access the swimming pool. Guests will also be responsible for paying $10 per person per day to use the swimming pool. Kids under the age of six do not require wristbands.

IMPORTANT: Please note that additional guests beyond the 12th person will not be issued wristbands. As a result, these extra guests will not have access to the community amenities. However, they are welcome to fully enjoy the house and any amenities that are exclusive to the property. Extra guests will be provided with floating bedding, which can be placed anywhere in the house according to their convenience during bedtime.

IMPORTANT: Guest(s) must provide the age and name of each member of their party at least four working days before check-in. This information is required by the HOA for Guest registration for the use of amenities.

Kayaking and paddleboarding: free of charge on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Kayaking, paddleboarding, beach area, and pool are available from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Guests may bring their own kayak but must register and obtain stickers from the office.

Golf (9 and 18 holes) and gym access have separate charges. All can use these facilities after paying the required fee.

Golf charges:
For weekdays, a 9-hole game is $30 per person, and an 18-hole game is $55 per person. One golf cart is included in this price, and two individuals can fit in one cart.

For weekends, a 9-hole game is $35 per person, and an 18-hole game is $65 per person. One golf cart is included in this price, and two individuals can fit in one cart.

Reservations for golf are subject to availability and must be booked within three days of check-in.

Lake Side Grill Pub Restaurant: dine-in and take-out options available.

Boating and fishing: Gas-powered vehicles are allowed in the lake, as well as 1.5 electric motors or smaller. Registration and a sticker are required. Fishing is catch-and-release only, and a PA fishing license with a travel stamp is required.

In winter, when the lake is frozen, ice fishing and ice skating are available. These activities operate under a flag system: red for closed, green for open.

According to our community rules and regulations, all owners and visitors are required to wear a wristband when visiting amenities such as the beach, lake, swimming pool, and playgrounds.
