Experience everything coastal Maine has to offer with this stylish and unique stay located just 8 minutes from Boothbay Harbor. This peaceful retreat sits at the end of Wiley Pond across from the fish and game club, circled by oak and maple trees. You can enjoy out-the-door access to wooded trails while also being located 5 minutes from the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens and the Boothbay Golf Course. Take a short drive downtown, and you can find yourself enjoying a meal with ocean views.

Newly built, modern design, this home sits on the end of Wiley Pond with two other dwellings both built by your host and family. The Pond is serene and private, nice for canoeing however no swimming recommended. The sauna is included with your stay and instructions are in the information book. While visiting feel free to enjoy the trails behind and around the property being mindful of neighbors and wildlife.
This rental is located within a residential community. We ask that you are respectful of the neighbors!

We welcome you to enjoy the outdoor space, however please be respectful of the nature, and clean up any trash, and take note of the quiet hours.

No pets, parties, or events, please!

Before you leave:

Please remove trash and recycling from the home and place them in the provided trash and recycling bins found outside.

If you have dirty dishes, please place them in the dishwasher and start it!

Bathing suit is required for the sauna, please.

Great stay with friends. Pam was welcoming and very responsive. Her home was very clean and cozy and in the perfect location to downtown where we needed to be. She also left us a jar of pickles that were very tasty! Would stay again!

Wonderful find!

We had the best stay! Beds were some of the best beds we have ever slept in! It was perfect for the seniors in our group after a day of sightseeing. The loft and spiral staircase was a lot of fun for the younger members of our group. The place was well stocked, clean, well decorated, and easy to find but felt tucked away in a quiet area.

Wonderful stay in Boothbay! This house was well appointed and perfect for our family of 5! We were able to prepare meals in the wwll appointed kitchen and outdoor grill. We enjoyed the evenings outdoors by the fire pit and sauna. Pam is wonderful as host- thank you again!

Wonderful Quiet Stay

Very nice 3 night stay in Boothbay Harbor. The house sits in a quiet spot just outside of downtown but still only a short drive into downtown. The house was VERY clean. We used the kitchen and grill to make dinner, and enjoyed the solo fire pit each night (plenty of firewood available). Pam even surprised us with some homemade raspberry scones one morning. My 8 year old loved the loft area!
