Beautiful nautical-style home in the beautiful town of Boothbay. The home is just 5 minutes drive from the historical seaside city of Boothbay Harbor.

Located off Route 27 (main access to Boothbay Harbor and surrounding villages). Other surrounding cities include Wiscasset, Edgecomb, New Harbor, Bristol, and Camden. There are a lot of activities around Boothbay, such activities include finishing, kayaking, swimming, whale watching, etc.

The home is equipped with a kitchen, living room, Master Bedroom, two separate guest rooms, and an indoor patio for coffee/tea and relaxation.

The Boothbay home is the perfect getaway to enjoy some of the most beautiful areas Maine has to offer.

The cottage was a lovely home base for our stay in the Boothbay area! The location is on a main road, but inside it was very quiet. The kitchen is well-stocked. We enjoyed the puzzle and games too.

We enjoyed the cute little house with lovely ocean decor, but were expecting it to be a bit closer in to Boothbay Harbor. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Property located near Coastal Botanical Gardens and downtown Boothbay Harbor. One floor living space perfect for those with limited mobility. Only downside is cleaners use products with febreze and one traveler was allergic to it.

Perfect location for easy access to Boothbay Harbor and the surrounding areas. Comfortable, cute and clean. Quiet area. Hannaford and Pinkham markets nearby for all our grocery needs. Kitchen well equiped. Fast response by host when needed. Would stay again! Thanks!

Booth bay

We were wanting to experience a taste of Maine and it did not disappoint. The house was really close to ocean and hiking trails. Daughter has first lobster at booth bay. It is gorgeous place. The house was close enough to get in and out of touristy traffic but close enough to get food at Red ears and be on shoreline

Great location to Boothbay Harbor

Nice house that can accommodate a family. Close to Boothbay Harbor but not where all the congestion is. Had everything you need to feel at home. Adriana did a great job to help us get settled in. Good home, great host.

Clean, comfy and convenient home away from home

The house was perfect for our little family of 4. We truly enjoyed our stay. It had all the comforts of home including a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, TV and comfy beds to name a few. We appreciated the owner’s quick responses to our needs and the convenience of being close to all the local attractions. We would recommend to anyone needing to stay in the Boothbay area.

Chillin in Lobstah-Land

Never been to New England. Explored… and cooked lobster. Very lovely area despite too much private land and not enough access to beaches, etc.. Belfast was very cute, Moose Bay State Park, etc. Just not used to all the congestion and the house is right off the main drag. Mainly just explored and hiked and cooked.

Quick getaway

This home was fantastic! Nancy was so easy to communicate with and overall very helpful. The house is immaculate and adorable. Easy, less than a ten minute drive to Boothbay Harbor. I highly recommend this home.

Wonderful, clean home in central location!

We loved this property — it had everything we needed: strong wifi, washer/dryer, good television setup, comfortable rooms and bathrooms, and plenty of storage. We loved the central location: close to Boothbay Harbor, Edgecomb, Wiscasset, Bath and a number of other attractive small towns that are fun to visit. Parking was clearly marked and ample. The owner was lovely to communicate with and responded quickly to all our questions. Everything was clean and clearly labeled in the home. I would highly recommend this property to other Maine vacationers!

Musty and no local television

The key to property was hard to open especially after dark. Upon entering property it had a musty smell. The living room area only had a couch to sit on and that couch as dry uncomfortable. There were three girlfriends staying so we had to all fit on the small uncomfortable couch. Internet was slow or down, The television had no local stations so had to use iPad to mirror my streaming services on to television and use my data from my phone. A business is attached to the Vrbo and at times you could hear their conversations through the walls.

Maine is one of our favorite vacation spots. We have found Boothbay to be one of the most beautiful seaside vacation spots with so much culture and life. The home is located in a very convenient location 5 min drive to Boothbay Harbor.

What makes this property unique

Outside of the cute nautical decor, the outside private patio provides such a relaxing ambiance, perfect for coffee/breakfast or an evening glass of wine.
