A tad on the pricey side but worth it! So close to downtown and the little pool in the backyard was amazing. The whole backyard is like an oasis. The huge kitchen and roomy bedrooms are terrific. We had a great time there.

We loved this property! The house was beautiful, back patio spectacular and the walkability to Duval and all the restaurants, bars, live music, beaches and harbor was perfect.

We stayed here in mid July and the property was absolutely perfect. Great location, super clean, easy check-in. Our favorite part was the backyard which is extremely private really nice pool covered lanai. Just a great gathering spot. We swim in the pool every day. We run at a golf cart and scoot it all over the island. What a great vacation! I highly recommend anyone staying at this property. Nice job!

Palms on Duval was amazing! The house was in the best location, right off Duval street but also still very private and quiet at night. The property descriptions and amenities provided were top notch, with no detail unconsidered. The house was perfectly stocked with everything we could possibly need. Would absolutely return and definitely stay again. 10/10 beautiful home? Perfect vacation!
