Beautiful property on our favorite street in WaterColor- close to Camp WaterColor and Publix! Perfect home for a large family/group, awesome golf cart and plenty of bikes to make getting around easy! Comfy beds and well-appointed decor! Would definitely stay again!

Great family get away

Beautiful spacious home near Camp Watercolor. Everyone had their own suite. Fun for our grown kids and grand babies. Pool and outdoor area was awesome. Golf cart was an added bonus.

Great Week

The property is beautiful. Really liked the floor plan. It makes it easy to get together and socialize. Also, Sanders Realty is great. They provide all the information you need at just the right time and the customer service is amazing!

Amazing House

We just took our fifth trip to Watercolor, and 271 Red Cedar Way is one of the nicest homes for rent in Watercolor. The location, size, and quality are first-class, especially for a larger group. The pool was an excellent escape for the kids in the morning and evening when we were not at the larger pools/beach. Considering the price point, it makes it possibly the best value in Watercolor.

Perfect Spot for Large Family

We recently spend a week at this property with our extended family of 6 adults and 4 children ranging from 6-14. The spaciousness of this home was fantastic as everyone had their own space. The home was beautifully appointed and the golf cart and bicycle access was a super way to get around. The location of the home was ideal, with very close access to camp watercolor. Overall I would 100% recommend this home!

Perfect Family Vacation

The Red Cedar Way property was perfect for our family. Plenty of room for everyone, with a large, well-stocked kitchen that accommodated several family meals. The onsite pool and hot tub were very convenient, especially since we had our 2-year old grandson with us. The property was very clean and well-maintained. The proximity to Camp Watercolor, plentiful walking and biking trails, and nearby Tennis and Beach Clubs underscored how great Watercolor is for family vacations. We look forward to another return, hopefully to this same home, to build more family memories! The service and responsiveness of the Sanders team was outstanding, and I highly recommend them.
