This brand new listing is just 11 minutes to downtown Little Rock! Sherwood has all of the convenience but none of the traffic! We have several local restaurants close to the townhome.Centrally-located, dog friendly, easy access to I67.

The living room features a new couch, and 50" Roku TV. The kitchen has seating for four, and a sliding door leading to the patio which also has seating for four.

Cozy and Clean

Definitely recommend! Clean, cozy and perfectly located. Easy access to hwy, shopping and restaurants. If I come back to Little Rock, I will stay here again.
