Great Property. Private, yet restaurants, beaches and hiking are easily accessible. Nice to have access to the beach, plus also the wonderful little pool. The house was well equipped to just move in and enjoy. The host was very helpful and communicated well. St. John is a great island to visit, and The Ciboney, a great place to stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this clean, well-appointed home! It was lovely to sit on the sunny patio with morning coffee and watch the boats come in and out of Coral Bay, which is the quiet side of the island. Merrill was our greeter and was kind enough to show us around the house. Our hosts were quick to respond to inquiries and helped us when we accidentally got locked out of the safe!

It was very thoroughly decorated and had everything we could have wanted not to mention the view!The people at Caribbean Villas were so helpful to us upon planning our trip.The house was full of beautiful artwork and everything was fresh and very clean.

Amazing stay on St John at an amazing house

We spent 17 days on St. John in this house and it was truly incredible. The house and location are very nice. We were very glad we stayed in Coral Bay. It's very close to lots of good restaurants and three supermarkets which was good because I had to often visit two or three of them to get all that we wanted. The beach was great for shelling and we loved the pool. The pool table underneath was our nightly entertainment and we loved having that. The local fauna was out in force and we got to see lots of iguanas, geckos, chickens, donkeys, deer, and other animals right from our balcony. We absolutely would stay at this house again.

The villa location was perfect for exploring the eastern side of the island and the north shore beaches were an easy 15 minute drive away. The villa was very comfortable (the AC in the bedrooms cooled the rooms quickly), we cooked dinner every night - the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, we lost power a couple of times and the generator kicked on immediately and saved the day! Also, the outdoor showers were awesome! My husband, an avid fly fisherman, was able to walk to the reef down the beach and fish. Additionally, there is a sonos sound system AND a coffee grinder - definitely get some whole beans from St John Spice in Cruz Bay! The pool was perfect for plunging into at the end of a beach day and the open kitchen/living/dining area was great to hang out in - the breezes flowed right through. We were very, very happy with our stay. Highly recommend!

This was our first time on St. John and we loved every moment at Ciboney. The house was conveniently located to Coral Bay and we loved feeling like such a local part of the community. The check in instructions were clearly marked and the house was ready upon arrival. The house had everything we needed during our stay including beach towels, chairs, etc. We had two planned outages and the generator went out one night but the property manager was quick to respond to our service request the next day. Our family loved our stay in St. John thanks in large to this great property.
