Valley Home with Game Room, Walking Distance to Narrow Gauge Trails & Restaurant

Our cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation home is nestled in the heart of Maine's mountain country, close to Sugarloaf Ski Resort and a short walk to the Narrow Gauge trail for hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and fly fishing.
This awesome location is less than 10 minutes to the base of Sugarloaf and provides easy access right off rt 27. The SugarBowl Restaurant is right next door for bowling, food, bar, golf simulator and arcade.
Don't worry about parking or driving to the resort – simply hop on the valley shuttle, which stops at The Sugarbowl.
After a day on the slopes or trails, unwind in our comfortable living space, complete with an open concept kitchen, dining, and living area, as well as a large deck. You will also find a bunkroom, full bathroom, and one bedroom with a king bed upstairs. Down stairs you will find another bedroom with a queen bed, full bathroom with laundry, and bonus game room with shuffle board, dartboard, pub table, large sectional couch and flat screen tv. The upstairs living room has two sofa beds (one twin & one double) & in the downstairs gameroom the sectional couch is also a sleeper sofa (double).

Please note that if you have an electric vehicle you will NOT be able to charge it at the house. There are multiple charging stations located at Sugarloaf mountain.

**Please note that during the fall/winter/early spring there can be active cluster flies inside the home. These flies are a common issue in a lot of homes in Maine & can be bothersome for some inside the home, there are fly traps on most windows, & we are working to exterminate them but it is a long process which started this fall (2025). At a certain temp they appear dead on floor/ windows & when it warms up enough they start waking up and flying around.
