-Minimum winter bookings: no gaps shorter than 2 weeks

-Vehicle restrictions: many complexes do not allow boats, trailers, motorcycles, jet skis, kayaks, golf carts, oversized or commercial vehicles, or vehicles with signage. Please confirm prior to booking.

-Pet policy: With prior approval only. Dogs must be under 25 lbs and walked only in designated areas per complex rules.
