Great location

Very nice unit looking at a small channel. Convenient to pool and laundry room. Covered parking is great. A bike rack would be a nice addition.

Great place to stay. iTrip is very accommodating and very responsive if we have any problems. People at White Sands that we have met are like family. We've been coming 6 years and coming back next year. The kitchen is well equipped.

A perfect location

Nicely and properly maintained property, but could have been cleaner overall inside condo. Lots of storage room, but too much furniture in living room and upholstered furniture a yellowish color that was quite soiled. I had to cover sofa with a sheet while I was there, and one of club chairs also.

Location and comfort

The unit is located on a small canal that connects to the longer one that leads to the bay. It is adequate enough to make the view from the sliding doors and informal eating area very peasant. (Only regret is the high top table in that area would have been better served with a lower table that could gather 3-4 instead of just 2, but...oh well) The unit was immaculate and plenty of storage for groceries and the master br had great built in closet making unpacking and daily dressing easy and convenient. But the key to this very quiet complex is the location. It was so easy to walk across the road to the public beach. We have stayed in other parts of Siesta key and found the access to the main public beach to be a much better deal. Plus, if you are not familiar with the key, the complex is on the corner so you can escape with little traffic and leave by the north bridge or travel south to the larger bridge. A real plus during the busy season. The minor problems we had were handled quickly and we could even catch netflix on the TV. Be aware, the unit is emptied of all food so you won't even have salt and pepper shakers when you arrive - I packed some disposable ones. Overall, comfortable unit, great location.

What's Not to Love

What's not to love! Condo is right across from Siesta Key Beach. A 10 minute walk. Condo is clean and Loretta and Jerry are very responsive if there are any issues. Can't wait until we come back next year.

Close to beach

The condo overall is nice however it needs a deep clean. The people on the HOA that live in the complex are nazis, I think they even started to make up rules and they very obviously are not fans of renters. Reported us for noise violations when we got dropped off by friends at night (like 5 min) several times to try to get us kicked out. We had to have people pick us up and drop off across the street. Come on we are 55 year old women get a life. Other than them it was good, however no way would I ever go back.

Great Location and well stocked condo

The condo is across the street from the beach. We walked to the beach when we went for walks but drove when we wanted to to take the chairs, umbrella and other stuff available in the apartment. The condo is fully stocked with anything we needed included plenty of linens, towels, kitchen items and beach equipment. The only negative is that we found a few palmetto bugs in the condo when we first arrived and again one other time. Welcome to Florida!

Nice stay near the beach

Pros: The condo is in a great location, very quiet, and quick walk to the beach. Bedrooms were great, well stocked kitchen. Easy check in and check out. Cons: Fridge water dispenser was moldy from lack of cleaning, and unit did not have a beach cart like the description indicated.

Contact with owner company was Exellent. We felt in good hands and not disconnected. All information had been provided before and after checking at the place they followed upon the check-in if all is OK. Place/apartment had all we needed and also all the stuff for the beach. Public beach access was close by. Poolbilliard we used as well all just Exellent. We would book it again!

Love White Sands Village

It has been such a pleasure staying at our White Sands Condo for two months. The condo is clean and has all the amenities for an enjoyable time. It is within walking distance of Siesta Key Beach, Tennis courts and has a great heated pool. We were also able to walk to church (St Michael the Archangel) and when we felt energetic we also walked into Siesta Key Village. In addition, the views from our Lanai overlooked water and it was very relaxing to sit outside. It was also a pleasure working with the condo's listing agent Loretta and her husband Jerry. Their response to any questions we had were prompt and satisfactory. Our comfort and concerns were their priority. The owners also allowed our dog which was so important to us. All in all we give White Sands a 5 star rating.
