Condo Notice: Our condo association has a planned property project schedule for Oct. 2026 - Dec.2026. There is a possibility that this could push into Jan. 2027. We anticipate workers being on property, but not inside condos, during the weekdays, from 7am to 7pm. Noisy work is permitted from 8am to 6pm. There will not be any work on weekends, nor Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve though New Year's Day)

Enjoy an oceanfront getaway in this pet-friendly, second-floor suite with a private balcony and convenient elevator access. The suite features a private bedroom with a king bed and 43-inch Smart TV, plus a queen sleeper sofa and 55-inch Smart TV in the living room.

Prepare meals in the full kitchen and gather around the dining table after a day at the beach. Additional features include tile flooring throughout and a walk-in shower.

Up to two small pets are welcome. A nonrefundable pet fee of $75 per pet applies. The minimum rental age is 21.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was clean. Nice view. Bed was very uncomfortable. The air conditioner kept going off and on all night. We tried every setting and it just wouldn’t stop going off and on. We left the first night, we were supposed to stay for two. I do not recommend this place if you want to get a restful night.

The Beach vie was somewhat obstructed by a large mound, but otherwise ok. The Bed is located next to the outside walkway and is noisy. The Condo is in need of upgraded couch; very uncomfortable and AC unit is coming off wall and outdated. The lampshades are worn and/or broken shades. The bathroom wall decor and drywall are in need of repair and hole in ceiling needs attention.The Condo was clean upon arrival. No dishwasher.

The ocean view was beautiful and the new patio chairs were very comfortable! The layout and description of the room was accurate. Our hospitality lady, Tracy, was amazing! She was always friendly and checked on us often and made sure we had everything we needed. The front office staff was friendly at check in and check out. We loved the pool and walks on the beach at night. There is a variety of local places to dine. We love the Italian restaurant, Violas. We had a great vacation and we will be back to stay again. I have recommended Beacher's Lodge to a friend who now visits annually with her family. Beacher's Lodge is a great vacation spot!
