We had the perfect stay. The listing was exactly as described, the hosts were incredible with excellent communication before, during, and after our stay. They made the check-in and check-out process extremely easy. The stay was perfect for us. We needed a quiet place and this condo was perfect. Absolutely quiet except for the calming waves crashing in the background. The beach was a very easy access. The host also provided beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. We absolutely loved our stay and are already looking to come back again.

We loved this condo! Perfect location, close walk to the beach, and beautiful ocean views! We felt like we were on our own private beach! We have stayed in many places at different beaches and this is by far our favorite! Communication was excellent with owner and we had everything we needed. Hope to book for next year!

What a great experience..Gary and Carol were wonderful to deal with.. Communication was never a problem.. everything was as described or better..The Condo itself couldn't have been more perfect..The Sunrise every morning is worth the price of the condo.. everything else is a bonus..Just be advised they aren't lying about climbing steps...lol .Definitely a place we want to come back to..I'm already wanting to come back to see Augustine lit up for Christmas..I've already told dozens of people about this place

We really enjoyed our stay at Quail Hollow. Gary and Carol was so helpful and the communication was phenomenal. I couldn't ask for anything more. The unit was clean and the beach view was perfect. Thanks for a great week.

Perfect beach stay

The condo was perfect for me and my husband. It was spotless, newly updated, and had everything we needed. The view of the ocean and distance to the beach, restaurants and downtown St Augustine made for a great week. We would definitely stay here again.

This is our second year staying at this condo. We have already booked it for next year. We love everything about it. The location is perfect and the hosts are very informative and available if anything comes up. The beach is easily accessible and sitting on the deck and seeing and hearing the ocean is so peaceful. We've met such nice people staying there and it is truly a wonderful vacation spot. The condo is a great size with everything you could need. Book it and walk the beach you won't regret it.

This condo offers a breathtaking setting overlooking the ocean beyond the dunes. Beach access is a short walk over a lovely walkway just outside your door. The condo is bright, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. The hosts are friendly and available without being intrusive. We highly recommend this vacation condo. Be aware that everyone must be fine with ascending many stairs between your car’s parking spot and the front door of this condo.

Wonderful Condo

Beautiful ocean view

Peaceful and relaxing vacation. We loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the ocean. It’s not far from restaurants and the historic district. Perfect for a couples getaway!

Carol is a wonderful host. Very quick to respond to any questions and so incredibly kind. The condo was fabulous with a gorgeous view of the Atlantic Ocean. We loved having coffee on the deck watching the sunrise. We also were able to see a couple of rocket launches from the beach--what a plus. We were there for 19 nights and it had all the amenities we wanted and it is beautiful inside. We highly recommend this property and would definitely rent this property again.

Wonderful view and property

Our second stay in Quail Hollow and loved our time there. An excellent condo, well decorated and supplied. Hosts are great with communicating and do everything possible to make the stay pleasant. Wonderful view and easy access to the beach. Look forward to returning.

Peace on Earth
