Our 76 West Lakeshore property features three spacious 1,000-square-foot one-bedroom suites, each with a king-size bed. Every suite at Lakeshore Vermont includes a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher, as well as cable TV and WiFi. A sofa bed in each suite adds extra sleeping capacity. Guests can unwind on multiple porches, offering stunning views of the lake and mountains. Perfect for a relaxing getaway!

We have owned the property since 2001 and wanted a change in careers. The property was zoned commercial and opening an Inn was a prefect fit.

There are no other Inn located directly on Lake Champlain with sandy beaches for guests to enjoy.
