During peak season, ALL renters, with the exception of property owners, MUST wear wrist bands AT ALL TIMES WHILE ON PROPERTY.

The owners of Aquarius Condominiums welcome you to our building! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone’s stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.
1. Parking ~ is limited to 1 vehicle per unit inside the gate. Please park any additional vehicles outside the gate in public parking spaces. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense.
2. Occupancy ~ Our condo maximum capacity is NO MORE than 4 guests. There must be at least one adult 30 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy. ONLY registered guests may utilize the complex amenities.
3. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. in the common areas, hallways, balconies porches, pool and parking lot is not allowed.
4. Balconies ~ No objects (cigarette butts, food for gulls, soda cans, beer cans etc.) are to be thrown from a balcony or corridors at any time for any reason. Nothing should be hanging in the railings. ** Management charges a $500.00 cleaning fee if your front balcony in front of your unit is soiled and/or littered. ** Please clean your area, sweep up sand, dirt, trash, etc.
5. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed of by an adult in the large dumpsters on the sides of the building. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.
6. Pets ~ Pets are not allowed in our building.
7. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Showers are located in the back of the pool yard. Also no water balloons are allowed in pool area.
8. BBQ ~ BBQ pits of any kind are Prohibited. Use ot the common BBQ pits is allowed.
9. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.

Great communication with Heidi. Incomparable view from this 5th floor property. Centrally located to the main island businesses. Grounds and pool/hot tub are in excellent condition. You can’t go wrong with Aquarius.
We had a great stay, and the host, Heidi, was very pleasant and quick to respond. The location is outstanding—right on the beach in the middle of the island—and it truly couldn't be better. From the 5th floor, the unit offers an impressive ocean view of roughly 270 degrees, especially beautiful at sunrise. There is a balcony, which felt a bit narrow to me, but it's a minor drawback. The condo is clean but somewhat dated, so it may not be the best choice if you're looking for a modern space. The bathroom is quite small and could use some attention. The biggest disappointment was the bedroom, which has no windows. Also note that the laundry machines operate on quarters. Each machine has a QR code, but the detergent dispenser does not, and the property office does not provide change. There is a small pool on-site, but we didn't use it—we spent our time on the beach. Beach rentals (umbrella and lounger) are available for 40. Overall, this is a good property in a fantastic location close to many restaurants, but it would benefit from renovation.
This property was everything we needed and more! From the moment we pulled the curtains back to see the incredible water view - we were obsessed. This property is in a prime location not only to beach but to the rest of the island amenities with a bus stop across the street. The building has a nice pool and hot tub which was perfect since a rip current warning was issued for almost the entire time we were there. The sign in process was seamless and we were grateful for laundry access. The condo was clean and well equipped with almost everything we needed. The balcony was our favorite place to be. We can't wait to come back for another visit!
This condo is located in a prime spot! The views from the living room and the balcony are amazing. The pool and hot tub were perfect for before or after the beach. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance too. Once we arrived we parked and walked everywhere. The check-in procedure was super easy too. Communication with Heidi was great, she is very responsive!
