Come stay in this great lake house with lots of room for fun & family. Swim off the private dock or sandy bottom in beautiful Lake Memphremagog. Ride the bike path to mountain bike trails, to Canada, or to downtown Newport for ice cream at the infamous Tim & Doug's. Also access gravel & road cycling, snowmobiling, fishing, ice fishing, hiking, x-country skiing, & watersports. Or relax with lake views on the large screened in porch or by the firepit roasting smores. Also, only 30 minutes to amazing skiing at Jay Peak Resort.
