Property Overview:

GROUND LEVEL
A complete performance and wellness center: brand new Peloton treadmill, Hydrow rower, a cold plunge held at 37°F, free weights, yoga equipment, and Sonos sound for training to your own soundtrack.

GARDEN SUITE
A private retreat with its own entrance, king bedroom, queen sleeper sofa, kitchenette, laundry, and a 75-inch TV loaded with every streaming service and a brand-new Xbox Series X with unlimited games. Slide open the door and a gravel seating area leads straight to the backyard, the marsh and water waiting past it. Grandparents claim it. Couples fight for it. Teenagers scheme for it.

MAIN LEVEL
Where the house gathers. The chef's kitchen was outfitted by one — everything sharp, heavy, and ready. It flows into dining, then a living room where the marsh does the decorating and a 75-inch TV with surround sound handles the evenings: cinema-grade for movie night, one tap from your phone for everything else. The deck is one step away. Two large seating areas hold the whole party, one converting to extra sleeping when needed, and a queen bedroom and full bath round out the floor.

UPPER LEVEL
The king suite with en suite bath, two bedrooms with two queens each, a bunk room sleeping six, a full bath, and its own laundry. Premium linens throughout. Guests tell us, unprompted and often, that they sleep better here than at home.

EXTERIOR
The acre earns its keep: a lawn that has hosted everything from crab boils to vows, a fire pit, a Traeger, a fenced yard on every side but the marsh, and dogs warmly welcome. Mine run the place, so yours will feel at home. A cowboy pool cools you off today; the in-ground saltwater pool arrives in September, with a hot tub and sauna behind it. This house was bought with a dream in mind and is not finished improving. Every stay moves it forward.

Guest Access:

All of it. Every level, every key, the gate code in your pocket. One booking, no shared walls, no one to consider but your own people.

Celebrations are a house specialty, and they begin with a conversation before you book. Event fees may apply.

Traveling smaller? The Main House and Garden Suite book separately on my Host Profile, along with the rest of the Bosch Huis collection.

--

Interaction with Guests:

As present or as invisible as you'd like. We're minutes away and rarely needed. Codes, check-in details, and local recommendations arrive before you do; fast answers follow you through the stay. The property is built for coming and going without a single hello, and we take no offense. But if you want the best breakfast on the island or the right hour for the dock, message me.

--

Other things to note:

THREE WAYS TO BOOK
This listing is the Full Estate: every level, every key, sleeps twenty-plus. Smaller stays book the Main House or The Garden Suite. The whole collection lives on my Host Profile.

PRICING
One rate covers twelve guests. No guest fees beneath that, no per-head math, no surprises. Thirteen to twenty-four-plus adds $100 per guest, per night. Pets stay for one flat fee per booking; a whole pack costs a little more. Weekdays run gentler, longer stays earn a discount. Military and teachers booking ahead: say so, and the rate says thank you.

CELEBRATIONS
Weddings, bachelorette weekends, reunions, birthdays with a zero in them. We arrange it all: tables, tents, décor, coordination, a vendor list built the hard way.

Some candor: we take on only a handful of events each year, and we choose them carefully. Not the biggest party, not the most affordable one — the right one. What you're booking is everything handled, start to finish. Evenings wind down outside by nine; the celebration moves indoors or carries on into town from there.

Write to us before booking. Events are approved in advance through Airbnb, with their own additional fee and guidelines.

THE TIDES
High tide brings the water to the dock. Low tide sends in the herons and fiddler crabs. You're not missing the water; you're seeing the other half of the show.

THE ASSURANCES
Smoke detectors throughout. First aid stocked, water rescue gear on hand. Cameras outside only — never inside. The same small cleaning team, every stay. If maintenance ever touches your dates, you'll hear it from us first.

ALWAYS IMPROVING
We're always improving something on the property, and timelines shift. If an amenity is essential to your stay, ask before booking and we'll tell you straight. The guest experience gets better because of it.

A LOWCOUNTRY NOTE
This is the South, and the marsh is gloriously alive. A professional pest team treats the property regularly, but nature doesn't read the service contract. If a bug wanders in from the wild acre outside, that's the habitat, not the housekeeping.

OUR STANDARD
If it's reasonable and we have notice, we'll find a way.

Relaxed and Peaceful

Great water views from back yard. Nice accommodations. Needs a larger swimming pool but it was adequate. We would come back again.

Thanks for staying at Bosch Huis! We purchased the home just a few months ago and have already made several significant upgrades. The swimming pool comfortably fits 4–6 adults, and with the beach just minutes away, there’s no shortage of spots to swim and relax. We’re always looking for ways to improve the experience—sauna, hot tub, and more coming soon! Th

Beautiful property. Watching the tides change in the marsh was magical. Jonathon was such a friendly host, easy to communicate with, and made sure our stay was just right. The backyard was great to swing on the giant chair swing, play corn-hole, and badminton. It was a quiet, peaceful setting…aside from a short period of time when one of the neighbors played bagpipes. The main floor has plenty of room so the 12 of us could hang out. The beds were comfy. They got us a pack and play for the baby. The water pressure in the showers was good. They had a great coffee maker and a large fridge and great space for cooking. Highly recommend!
Canoe ride on the marsh.
Awesome little lizards outside!
The kids favorite spot!

50th Birthday

This is a wonderful property. Extremely private. The home was beautiful and the view is stunning. Bedding is super comfy and the kitchen was well appointed. The owner Jonathon was very easy and attentive. He even went above and beyond and baked me a birthday cake (which was fabulous)! Would definitely recommend this property if you are headed to the Low Country. Just beautulf.

Perfect house for a getaway near Savannah

What an awesome place for a family getaway! The house is on a salt marsh with a dock and gorgeous views. The backyard has a tree swing, fire pit, and above ground pool. It is a great place for kids. They loved the pool, roasting marshmallows over the fire, and looking for fiddler crabs at the dock. There are gates at all the stairs so it was easy to keep the toddler safe. The house itself was spotless and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent, he checked in to make sure that we got in okay and later to ask if we needed anything. The Savannah historic district was just a short drive away so it was easy to make daily outings to see the sights. I highly recommend this house!

Vrbo insists this box is about me. So:

Raised in my family's bed & breakfast in the Netherlands. My childhood bedroom had a room number. I carried the luggage. The toilets were mine too.

Then a decade at the top of sports & entertainment, learning what world-class looks like.

'Huis' is Dutch for home. Bosch Huis is exactly that — a home is only as good as the people inside it. That part is you.

I still carry luggage. Old habits. Good ones.

Message me when you land. I already know a place.

Why they chose this property

Cross the bridge to Wilmington Island and the pace surrenders first — Historic Savannah ten minutes behind you, Tybee's sand ten ahead, and between them the tidal marsh, working boats, and live oaks older than the state. Dolphins ride the incoming tide; the sunsets take their time. I chose the geography. The quiet came free.

What makes this property unique

There are marsh views in the Lowcountry, and docks, and pools, and places near Savannah. There is almost nowhere with all of it at once: a private acre behind an estate gate, a working dock with kayaks below and dolphins passing, a saltwater pool, a sauna, and both Savannah's squares and Tybee's beaches ten minutes out. The house holds a group without crowding one; the grounds hold a wedding without becoming a venue. And every object inside was chosen, not ordered — collected over years for guests to actually use. Plenty of properties have a view. This one has a point of view.
