The house is very nice and close walk to the beach. A restroom on the pool area would be nice. Would stay there again.

This is an incredible home! Beautifully decorated and designed in a way to give everyone comfort and privacy while also allowing for the group to gather in the kitchen or the large porch. It has easy beach access and was just all around a fabulous place for our long weekend.

First the positives:The house is in a great location and has plenty of bedrooms with dedicated bathrooms to make it comfortable for all.The pool and outdoor area is very nice and we spent a lot of time there. Did have to pay extra to heat the pool due to the weather. The house had a number of different decks with views of the ocean. Now the Opportunities:We have rented other homes in IOP at this price point. This house was overpriced based on amenities. House was not as clean as it should have been, both inside and outside.Furnishings appeared to be leftovers from another home hodgepodged together. There were areas that were unusable due to lack of furniture, such as the sitting area on the top floor. Lighting was not good: older fixtures with poor/missing bulbs, few table lamps. House was not maintained well. There were holes in walls and most walls were in need of repainting. The primary bath on the second floor had a toilet closet that was moldy.Living room furniture: there was not enough seating to accommodate house rental capacity.Kitchen: appliances older and not well maintained, I.e rusty refrigerator with a cracked gasket. Also not large enough to accommodate food for the number of guests. Kitchen supplies left something to be desired - mismatched glassware and little plasticware to use at the pool.Bar stools and kitchen chairs are rusty and not comfortable and should be replaced.
