You will love the amount of natural light flowing into this newly renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment on a quiet street in Cleveland Heights. With classic pieces and contemporary touches, this apartment is cozy, yet modern, making it a great space to stay!

Restaurants, bars, coffee shops, parks, and grocery stores are within walking distance of the apartment. It's just 10 mins from the Cleveland Clinic, Case Western Reserve University, and all the cultural treasures of University Circle.



The Space:

This two-bedroom, one bathroom apartment is on the second floor unit of a 3-unit house. There is a fully equipped kitchen and dining room with seating for 6. The family room has a large comfy couch and smart TV. Off of the family room is a private balcony.

You will love the large 65" inch Roku TV in the living room! One of the bedrooms also has a TV where you can enjoy your shows in privacy.



Guest Access:

The entire apartment is yours, including your private balcony. You also have access to the FREE washer and dryer located in the basement that is shared with other guests. There is also one parking spot available for this unit.



The Neighborhood:

Cleveland Heights, Ohio is a diverse, progressive, vital suburb of Cleveland just up the hill from University Circle. Many families and young professionals live here. Living in Cleveland Heights offers residents an urban/suburban feel with lots of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks in the area.



Getting Around:

Cedar-Lee District is a 5 min walk, there is an RTA route that passes by on Cedar Ave nearby. Uber/Lyft are also useful if you do not have your own car.



Other Things to Note:

This apartment is on the second floor unit of a 3-unit house. Other long-term or short-term guests may be present in the other apartments of the house. You will need to climb stairs to get to this unit.



Parking -- One off street parking space is provided behind the house for MIDSIZED VEHICLES ONLY! Oversized vehicles such as SUVs will not fit in the driveway. Street parking is FREE. However, you must submit your vehicle information to the city if parking on the street overnight (3:00 am to 6:00 am). It is an easy process and we provide you with the link to do so.



Early Check in & Late Check out: We can accommodate up to 2 hours early check in or late check out for a $25/hour fee. Please give us a minimum of 24 hours for this request in order for us to organize our schedule. Thank you!

Loved the decore, furniture was comfortable and cozy. Bathroom was spacious. Great coffee set up. My only negative was I did not like the bedroom pillows, however, used a blanket as a pillow and all is well. I plan to stay there again.

Comfy spot in the heart of Cleveland Heights

We have stayed here several times. Its a beautiful, comfortable place, in the heart of Cleveland Heights, walking distance from theater, restaurants, Cain Park. The hosts are really responsive and helpful. We'll be back.

The apartment is spacious, comfortable and super clean. It’s in a quiet neighborhood- great for peaceful sleeping. It’s a six minute walk from an amazing main street with restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, wine-tasting and a cheese shop. I would definitely stay again.

This VRBO was very inviting, clean, beds are comfy. Mark was easy to text and always sent a reply. The only thing I didn't like is the steeeeep stairs to the VRBO. However, once you open the door and see the inside, you just completely forget about those stairs.

Overnight visit

Property was perfect for our one-night stay. We had an issue with checking in, but the host was extremely responsive, and it was resolved quickly. The property was clean and comfortable. We were there less than 24 hours so I can't speak to how well equipped the kitchen was, but there were plenty of towels and toiletries. I would not hesitate to book if you need something in the area. As noted in the listing you will not be able to park a large vehicle due to space constraints, but we did not have an issue with our Corolla.

The apartment was a convenient base for my family to stay for 3 weeks while caretaking for a patient at the Cleveland Clinic. We particularly took advantage of the deck and the full kitchen, as well as being walking distance to the Cedar Lee main drag—it was really nice to be able to walk to the coffeeshop in the morning!A few minor inconveniences: the driveway is quite narrow and there were a few days when both parking spots in the back were taken up, but it wasn't too much of a hassle to park on the street. There is only one window air conditioner for the whole apartment, though the apartment stayed relatively cool even during a heatwave if you close all the shades. Mold-sensitive people should be careful as there was some water damage on the ceiling in one of the rooms and the basement where the laundry is smelled a little musty—overall the place could have been more thoroughly cleaned.
