A great place for a girls weekend! The location is ideal to walk to local restaurants and a short drive into the city. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great location to visit Case Western and Little Italy. Nice and quiet, respectful neighbors and super fast wifi made it a great fit for remote work. I enjoyed the stay!

Wonderful stay in Little Italy. Super close to all the restaurants and bars. Driveway is tight for larger vehicles but made it work. Easy drive into the city.

We loved the space and coziness of this apartment, can't beat two cozy bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, and outdoor balcony seating in the front of the building. We loved being able to take a short walk to the Little Italy area only a few minutes away. Extra bonus was our own parking space! We highly recommend this apartment!

My mom and I needed a place to stay for just two nights before she was admitted for a transplant at Seidman. Not only was this listing ridiculously more affordable than the hospital offered discounts, it was a 13 minute easy walk. The couch is glorious, the shower is huge and gets hot fast, and the check in and check out was painless. We had questions for the owners about delivery and the response time was super quick. Oh, and you're about 700ft from a host of delicious Italian food. We'll definitely keep this bookmarked!

The location of this property is ideal and the accomodations provide convenience for a stay that lasts over a period of days. I would recommend adding a few more necessity items in the kitchen that would make it easier for guests to cook, such as cooking oil, basic spices, etc. Additionally, the bedding needs updating to make for a more comfortable experience. The communication provided to guests by the owner is top notch; some of the best I have encountered in the industry!
