Fun week at the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the balcony. Would have liked a bigger couch to relax and watch TV. The back burner on the stove didnt work too well. Love the set up of the condo. One big issue is that not all of the switches work and outlets have problems too. We have stayed in the tower 4 times and 3 different condos.

Great location wasn't too far of a walk to the beach. Shops were just a short minute or 2 drive away. Midevil times was 11 minutes away and Broadway was 20 minutes. 2 different pool options indoor and outdoor and a huge hot tub that could fit like 15 people. The room was nice had everything you need in the kitchen, huge balcony. Only complaint it wasn't that clean, sand and garbage was on the balcony and some dishes weren't clean. Sand toys, umbrella that was in the box on the balcony were all nasty. I believe this unit is a guest clean up and not cleaned by maids which makes since why it wasn't real clean. Still was beautiful and the views of the beach and strip was beautiful.

Overall good for value and location, "issues" we had may not be issues for all parties & overall the location, view and amenities were good & would definitely stay again. The good: Check in was smooth and information was sent timely. The location was great with a great view, quiet resort, good resort amenities, and easy to access. The room was mostly as described and was well stocked with kitchen necessities, towels, etc. Overall it was a great price for what you got. Beach was easy to access and not overly crowded. Now the good to know before you go... especially if you have little kids. 1. The railing spaces are big. Our 1 year old could fit his head through, so we had to be super careful about making sure the door was locked at all times. He was never alone and would never be unsupervised but once we saw he could fit we had to close off the balcony completely. 2. The 2nd bedroom is loud. The beds squeak with every move and the door squeaks loudly. My 1 year old didn't sleep much due to sharing a room and the excessive noise the room alone made.3. Walls are thin. We could hear everyone coming and going up the halls. 4. Finally, the only real issue was it said there was a sofa bed, of which there was not, so my mother had to sleep on the small loveseat for the duration of the trip. Management was super friendly and tried to offer solutions however we messaged around 430ish (checkin at 4) and they did not respond until 11 the next day.

The staff was pleasant and very friendly. Check-in was as it was described on the website and in the email. The room was clean and cozy; we had essentials to get us started, check out was a breeze.
