This ground-floor lock-off studio offers approximately 400 sq ft of fully furnished living space. Enjoy the perfect blend of comfort and convenience during your stay.

Charming French doors open onto a tranquil patio, where the aromas of bougainvillea and shimmering lights from palm trees set the scene for romantic evenings.

This unit features new laminate flooring, a 55" Samsung Smart TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, YouTube, and more. It includes central air conditioning and heating, a small kitchenette with a toaster, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and mini-refrigerator.

The bathroom offers a deep soaking tub and a stall shower with floor-to-ceiling tiles.

Nice stay. Beautiful grounds. Some areas could use better cleaning.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful gated community. The walkout patio was a highlight, though it was quite dusty (possibly typical for the desert environment). The bed was comfortable, linens were fresh, and the bathroom was spotless. However, the bedroom floors were extremely dirty, which was disappointing. I swept up a dustpan full of hair, nail clippings, bandaid wrappers, food crumbs, and other debris—suggesting the floors hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. This felt like an oversight, possibly due to reliance on a management company. The owner was responsive and easy to reach, addressing our questions promptly. While the property has great potential, a thorough cleaning would make a big difference.
