Located in Indian Palms CC - May - September MONTHLY RENTAL $3,500 per month plus elect over $300, plus Cleaning fee $175, pet fee $125 per pet. October - April $4000 per month. Gated community with 27 hole golf course, tennis, restaurant & bar on property. 3 bedroom, 2 bath and laundry room. 2 car garage. backyard Pool and spa, Gas BBQ. Fairway & Mountain views out back. Discounted rate for monthly stay, Pay no TOT (City tax 13%) if your stay is over 31 days or Palm Springs tourism Fee of 1% if stay is over 27 days.

The hot tub is our favorite part, all year round. If we had it to do over we would just have a spa/hot tub. We are close to the Palm Springs tramway, Borrego isn't far as is Joshua Tree National Park.

We must have a signed rental agreement prior to your stay to provide to our HOA, it is required, or you may be cancelled.

MAXIMUM OF 6 PEOPLE. (City regulations) 13% TOT tax on rentals less than 31 days plus 1% Palm Springs Tourism tax on stays less than 27 days.

Monthly Rental includes use of IPCC Gym and tennis courts and community pool during your stay.

Our gas costs have increased so much during the winter months. Heating the spa/hot tub is included however, if you want the pool heated we must charge and additional $50 per day.

The hosts were very nice and accommodating. They were super responsive to our needs. They couldn’t be nicer. A pleasure to deal with. I would say the house is nicer than the pictures and doesn’t do it justice. We stayed for a month and were pleased with the facilities. The fitness center was excellent and we were pleasantly surprise with the tennis and pickleball courts that were very active throughout the week. It’s close to all amenities, restaurants and groceries stores. There was so much to do in the area throughout the month. We attended a polo match, a dog show, a hockey game and attended many of their tourist attractions in the nearby area. We will definitely be back for a longer stay next season. The mountains were spectacular along with a short visit to LA which was nearby.

We came for Stagecoach weekend. The home is located within 2mi of venue. Great location. Pool was awesome for lounging in morning before heading to event. Plenty of everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

Amazing home and excellent experience!

From beginning to end the experience with Nancy was first class. All of the information was clear and provided with plenty of time to get prepared for our trip. Neighborhood was quiet and perfect, the house had everything we needed to enjoy our festival weekend and we could not have asked for a better time! Can’t wait to go back and stay there next year. Perfect place to chill at the end of road trip

We rented Nancy’s house to rest and relax after a camping road trip down Route 395. It was perfect! Everything about the stay: excellent communication with Nancy before and during our stay, very clean and well stocked house, great outdoor space with comfortable seating and pool/spa. We even got in a round of golf at Indian Palms and played right past the house’s backyard. We had a lovely time. Thank you!

Perfect spot for Coachella!

My friends and I stayed in Nancy’s place for Coachella and couldn’t have picked a better location. Nancy greeted us in the beginning, showing us around the house, and then left us to enjoy our time. We were able to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi during our downtime. The property is pretty far in the gated community, but if you drive and park at the security gate, it’s about a 30 minute walk to the festival gates. The place is bigger in person than the photos show it to be. All beds were very comfortable and we were able to cook breakfast with what was provided in the home. There are many fast food places and grocery stories nearby, which makes it convenient for a group attending a music festival. Nancy was just a quick text away if we needed something and would respond in seconds. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your place Nancy!

The search is over, this is the one.

If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay, you’ve found it. Our family of four stayed for approximately a week attending a soccer tournament. We used all that the home offered…washer/dryer, pool/hot tub, stove/oven, grill, etc. Everything worked perfectly. The back patio was the perfect place to end the day grilling, swimming, sitting in the hot tub with the mountains in the background. Sunsets were amazing! Places to pick up groceries (Walmart), Starbucks, or a quick Subway sandwich is less than a 5 min drive. Joshua Tree and 29 Palms is about an hours drive north with easy access to I-10. Nancy was a wonderful host and provided all necessary information needed for a successful stay. All in all, we had a great time visiting the area and this home was a comfortable place to end our day’s spent on the fields or site seeing. This home would be our first choice in accommodations if we travel to the area in the future. You can rent this home with confidence.

Location was Great

We enjoyed our stay at this property in Indio while visiting family for the Christmas holiday. Beds were comfortable and the outdoor space was nice. A little too cold to use the pool but listening to the waterfall from spa to pool was very relaxing. The living room had ample sitting for 4 adults. And the kitchen was right off the living room. We felt very safe and having the garage made it easy in and out.

Great place!

Lovely place to stay! Very comfortable furniture and beds. Big TV. Lots of extra supplies in the kitchen. Quiet, walkable neighborhood. Really nice outdoor spaces including a pool and hot tub we were welcomed to use in the backyard. Nancy was very accommodating and nice the few times we spoke with her. We would love to come back!

Great family mini vacation

Thank you Nancy for allowing us to stay in your home. Your home is beautiful, spacious and very clean. My family and I enjoyed the pool and spa, bbq lunch and dinner. We spent the evening at the Fantasy Spring Resort Casino, where they had out door concert 18 years and over and laser bowling. What nice getaway for the whole family to enjoy including our two little pups. We are sure to return soon!

Great Weekend

We stayed for the 3 day weekend for a golf tourney place was perfect. We had 6 people and no issues pool was clean and everything u would need was there and some things i wouldnt have expected. We will be booking here again

Relaxing getaway!

Nancy and Manfreds place was great. Perfect for a Mother’s Day getaway with my husband and mom. The pool is a great size, the place is massive, and they have everything you need!

The property was just as listed; spacious, open and very well stocked. We had everything we needed. When I inquired about lounge chairs they said they didn't have them and then a couple of hours later showed. up with brand new zero gravity chairs for us to use. That was so unexpected and appreciated. Nancy was a very gracious host and we would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous house and location

My mom and I rented this house for a relaxing week away and had a fabulous time. The house was great and had everything you needed. It's even better than the pictures. Everything was very organized and clean. The open kitchen and living room was so spacious and I loved the high ceilings. The outdoor area was beautiful. We loved to sit outside by the pool and watch the golfers while listening to the water feature off the pool. The flowers that grow on the hedge are also beautiful. All of my pictures look like we were in a secret garden! The hot tub was fabulous. We used it every day and night. There was also a built-in backyard BBQ and high bar with chairs and while we didn't use it, I can imagine having a great time using it. We spent most of the time at the house or taking walks around the neighborhood. Love all the views of the mountains and the hot air balloons overhead. From the backyard you can even see the snow topped mountains (we were there in February). We also did a day trip to drive through Joshua Tree, had dinner in Palm Springs once and in La Quinta twice. We also really enjoyed the beautiful Pioneer dog park about 10 minutes away. The hosts were very nice. They met us upon arrival, walked us through the house and checked in and answered any questions we had. Everything was so easy and organized, a real pleasure. We definitely want to go back.

Wonderful

It was WONDERFUL!!! The pictures of the home does not do it justice. It is incredible from how big the rooms are, comfortable couches/chairs to a desk, so I could work comfortably. Beds were comfortable. The home was very clean, welcoming and had everything you could need. I always bring things because many homes don't come well equipped. However, this house had everything you needed. They supplied you with the basics and much more. I had a minor issue, I am not good on TV remotes, but Nancy and Manfred were there to help me several times. (I finally got it) Everything else was easy from check-in, asking questions, to help with the TV remote. Neighbors and neighborhood were nice. I walked my dog 3x a day and always met nice folks on my walks. Thank you Nancy and Manfred for sharing your beautiful home with me. Kathy & family

Wonderful, relaxing stay!

This was an entirely stress-free experience, just what we needed! Nancy was super friendly and helpful, the house was spotless and fully equipped for rest and relaxation. We spent all our time in the lovely pool and spa enjoying the mountain view. Grocery stores and quite a few take-out restaurant options nearby, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. Just an excellent experience all around, we'll definitely be back!

This property was very clean. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Nancy was excellent. She was accessible and very responsive. We enjoyed relaxing and taking in the view of the fairway in the evenings.

We purchased our home, brand new in 2003 as a place to come out and golf on weekends. Pretty soon it was harder and harder to go back to Orange County and our weekends got longer and longer until we retired to live in Indian Palms in 2005. We love the desert climate and enjoy golfing year around and have enjoyed living in Indian Palms CC. In 2012, we purchased some other properties within Indian Palms CC so we could try our hand at the rental business. We have enjoyed meeting many new people from all over the world. I grew up in Sacramento and have lived in California all my life. My husband is from Furth Germany. We've lived in Citrus Heights, Quincy, Roseville, Aliso Viejo and now Indio. Manfred still has family in Germany so we have made many trips to Germany, France, Italy, England. We've been to Alaska, Hawaii, the Baltic, Europe, Africa. We have 1 small dog, and I help TNR (trap, neuter & return) and care for feral cats in our community and foster momma cats and kittens through our local Shelter. We have a special group of ladies that take turns feeding the cats and giving them the best life they can have living outdoors. We enjoy the desert life and the weather.

Why they chose this property

When we first walked into the unfinished property we just fell in love with the floor plan and the view of the golf course and mountains out the back windows. The golf course is open to the public but it is private property. We love our community.
