This charming property features 2 bedrooms -Large Primary bedroom has a King bed and the other with a full firm memory foam with a feather topper/ additional air mattress available. 1 full bathroom with a bathtub shower and plenty of towels. 2nd half bath has washer & dryer, all on one ground level so wheelchair accessible, with a huge dining room for entertaining 4-6 and additional sunroom/tv room with comfy large sofa. The main living room has a single futon sofa sleepers, plenty of room to cook dinner in the spacious & stocked kitchen. Or enjoy the sunset & grill on the walkout back patio while knowing your boat or trailer is safely parked out front with 24 hour overhead security.

Raina is a wonderful host and she is very good at communication during your stay. Her home is an easy drive to SIU campus. We were there to visit our daughter, so we didn’t have the opportunity to explore Murphysboro. We would definitely stay here again!

The property is very spacious, 1/2 of a duplex in a subdivision of them. It is near the intersection of a relatively busy street, but that wasn't an issue for us. Covered all the bases with amenities and all those miscellaneous items you always have at home, but a usual VRBO doesn't have forcing you to run to the store. While only two bedrooms, the space allows you to comfortably sleep and stay with many more people, especially kids.
