I stayed here while competing in a fishing tournament on the Potomac River out of Smallwood State Park. The location was roughly halfway between the river and La Plata (roughly 20 minutes away), which was the closest town with food, fuel and shopping. The room was clean and comfortable. Access to the property was very easy — my schedule had me leaving very early in the morning and going to bed early in the evening, and was able to do both without any issues or interruption. The host was very responsive to my messages.
