Own or renting a boat? There are two large docks for your use in the summer months. Easily launch at the nearby Sebago Lake State Park (at the public boat launch, 7 minutes from The Treehouse), or do it downtown in the Naples Marina (8 minutes from The Treehouse). You can also rent boats or jet skis in the Naples Marina. The home sits on Sebago Cove, which is directly connected to Sebago Lake, so you can enjoy the tranquility of the cove or the vastness of the lake - your choice! *Be sure to check the clearance of Crockett Bridge, which connects Sebago Cove to Sebago Lake to ensure your boat can clear it.
In the warmer months, our house includes use of:
• 2 kayaks • Blow up paddle boards • A variety of inner tubes • Fire pit • Propane grill
An 8-minute drive to Naples Causeway (downtown area) takes you to numerous restaurants, many with live music, plus seasonal ice cream parlors, outdoor bars, pharmacy, grocery store, and boat tours.
