The main level features a kitchen with a breakfast table for 4, a living room with access to a large deck, a dedicated workspace with a desk, a formal dining room that seats 8, a second living room, one bedroom, a half bathroom, a laundry room, and access to the 3 car garage. Upstairs, you'll find the primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom, two additional bedrooms and another full bathroom.
The home is climate-controlled with a smart Google Nest thermostat that can easily be adjusted to fit your preferences.


Primary Bedroom (Upstairs): Cali King adjustable gravity bed with a Purple mattress, smart TV.

Ensuite Bathroom 1: Full bathroom with a double sink vanity, walk in shower and tub.


2nd Bedroom (Upstairs): Queen-sized bed with a 16” plush pillow top mattress.


3rd Bedroom (Upstairs): Queen-sized bed with a 12” cooling memory foam mattress.

Bedroom 4 (Main Level): Queen-sized bed with a hybrid pillow top mattress.

Bathroom 2 (Upstairs): Full bathroom featuring a single-sink vanity and a tub-shower combo

Bathroom 3 (Main Level): Half bath with bidet

Kitchen: Well stocked with dinnerware, silverware, pots & pans, a toaster, hand mixer, sheet pan, muffin pan, blender, measuring cups, mixing bowls, casserole dishes, and more. Stainless steel appliances include a fridge, dishwasher, and oven.

Coffee: Keurig and Mr. Coffee drip coffee machine with a selection of Kcups and ground coffee.

Living Room: Equipped with a Roku smart TV, a large, comfy sectional, leather chairs, a leather recliner, and plenty of blankets for cozying up by the gas fireplace. Just off the living room, you'll find a great deck to enjoy.

Dining: A large dining table with seating for 8 in the formal dining room and informal dining seats 4

Workspace: Features a large wooden desk, comfortable chair and task lamp.


For pet owners:
The home sits on a spacious lot with a fenced backyard. (note: pets may be able to fit under the fence gates, they are 10” off the ground for the robot lawn mower.) Backyard access is through the front door to the side gate.


Guest access
- Smart lock access with unique code provided for a seamless self check-in upon your arrival.
- There’s a 3-car garage with remote access, additional driveway parking, and plenty of street parking available.
- Outdoor security cameras on site and a smart doorbell.
- Check-in is anytime after 4pm. Check-out is no later than 11am. These times are sometimes flexible depending on other reservations, just send me a message to ask for an exception.

- The basement is unfinished & locked for storage use only and the space is not included in this listing.
- Please do not smoke/vape marijuana or tobacco inside the house/on the property.
- We kindly ask that you do not wear shoes indoors, thank you!
