This cozy and comfortable space is perfect for solo travelers or couples looking for a convenient and affordable stay in the heart of Cleveland. With all the amenities you could want, including a fully equipped kitchen, free wifi, and a cozy living room with a flat screen TV, you`ll feel right at home during your stay. Plus, with plenty of local restaurants and bars within walking distance, you can experience all the delicious food and drinks Cleveland has to offer. You`ll be just 9 minutes from all the attractions of downtown Cleveland, including the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame, the Cavs, Indians, and Browns stadiums, and world famous Playhouse Square. You`re also only 15 minutes from the Cleveland Museum of Art, CWRU, and Severance Hall, and 20 mins from the Cleveland Clinic. Book your stay at our Cleveland retreat and experience the best of the city!
The entire one-bedroom apartment will be all yours including the in-suite washer/dryer. We are pet friendly!
This apartment is a residence within a multi-family building. Guests are expected to treat the entire building like their home and the tenants like their neighbors.
Our Roku TV will give you access to any apps that you personally subscribe to, such as Netflix, Hulu, etc. There is no DVD player or local cable TV.

📌I respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.
📌If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you! If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!
-NOTE: There`s a designated parking spot reserved for guests with a handicap permit. Any vehicles parked there without the proper permit may be ticketed or towed.

🚫ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES — ZERO EXCEPTIONS 🎉
This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or `gathering` no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.
🤫 We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am.
🐾 A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. NO CATS ALLOWED. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee.
🚫 Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees.
This is to protect guests with allergies and ensure our cleaners can keep the home in top condition for all visitors.
