Bring the whole family to this stunning home that can accommodate up to 10 guests. With 4 bedrooms (1 king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms and 2 sets of twin bunkbeds bedroom) and 3 bathrooms, this home offers space for everyone to relax and enjoy. Imagine starting your day with a refreshing swim in the saltwater pool, then relaxing in the spa to melt away any stress. The lanai offers a perfect spot for sunbathing or hosting gatherings with friends and family. And when the evening chill sets in, the cozy living room with a fireplace is the ideal place to snuggle up and enjoy a family movie night or play board games. Located in the NW, a few miles from Matlacha which offers shops, restaurants, around 20 miles to Punta Gorda Airport.

Please be aware that if there are colder temperatures in Southwest Florida, the pool may not be able to heat to more than 75°F. However, the hot tub can be adjusted to a comfortable temperature in the low 100’s.
