Everything was perfect. The condo was very clean, very comfortable, and very well stocked with anything you may need. The location was great, very close to the pool, and with a beautiful view from the balcony. Greg was very responsive and very helpful. I would highly recommend Rising Joy.

Excellent location, the place was nice and clean with great views! The kitchen and bathroom was well stocked. Greg was an excellent host and responded so quickly and wax incredibly kind! Would definitely stay here again.

Let’s be candid. My condo and Sandestin is wonderful and usually a five star experience. Then, the AC went out and y’all sweated thru 1/2 of your stay. The AC will be fixed tomorrow, but y’all were troopers hanging in there. I owe you much more than the accommodation $’s that I sent. Please come back for a much better rate and experience.

We had an amazing stay! 2 adults, 1 4.5 year old, 1 6 month old. The convenience of the golf cart was superb. Location was amazing for everything we did. We will be back and highly recommend to everyone!

An absolutely amazing experience! The condo was warm, welcoming, clean, and comfortable. The golf cart was a huge bonus as it was fun to use during our stay. Communication with the owner was outstanding and informative. I highly recommend this property!

Great vacation spot

The condo was well stocked and the golf cart made it easy to get everywhere on property, including the beach! We enjoyed using all 3 pools, and the included washer/dryer helped greatly with keeping everything dry!

Wonderful host, location and experience

We have stayed in the Sandestin Golf and Beach resort many times, but Greg is by far the most hospitable and responsive host we have ever experienced. If you want a clean, well-stocked, beautiful location, golf cart and relaxing experience, then this is the condo for you!

Wonderful location and host

Overall stay was wonderful. Greg is an amazing host. Dont have to go far, everything is close by. The golf cart was a great bonus for this trip. We had a phenomenal time and will definitely stay again.
