Welcome to 307 Ocean Point! Just steps from the golf course and a short walk (or golf cart ride) to the ocean, you can also access a community pool and one of our popular restaurants. Four bedrooms and three baths give you plenty of room to spread out.



This home is sure to impress. On the main level, the well-stocked kitchen is ready for large family meals. The open concept lets you chat with the cook from the dining area or the living room. The comfy living room with windows overlooking the golf course and ocean sits just beyond the kitchen. From the large back deck, you can see alligators, deer, and maybe a dolphin or two, as well as golfers looking to make that perfect putt. The million-dollar view is hard to beat. This level has two bedrooms: one with a queen bed, an en suite bathroom, and access to the back deck. The other has a twin bed on the front side of the home, with a bathroom just steps away in the hall. Upstairs, two bedrooms and a sitting area provide ample space for the family. The front bedroom has two twin beds, and the back bedroom has a queen bed; both connect to a jack-and-jill bath.



Recently upgraded to Starlink internet service for reliable connectivity during your stay.

Your rental also includes up to 7 guest cards. These cards are required to access all resort amenities, including restaurants and bars, pools (open year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation, please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site, as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted golf and tennis rates.



Your unit includes a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all the essentials you need for a longer stay, including groceries, grab-and-go items, liquor, beach accessories, and more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike those of others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure with 2 championship golf courses, 5 pool complexes, 12 pickleball courts, 6 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach. Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also home to many whitetail deer and other unique wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.
