Kas di Rosa is a fully renovated luxury villa. Nestled in the heart of the island, in the delightfully central location of Grote Berg, it boasts all the amenities, including a large shaded palapa, an outdoor kitchen with a charcoal barbecue, a private pool, an outdoor shower, and air conditioning in the bedrooms. A wonderfully luxurious retreat, stylishly furnished with all the trimmings. Everything is accessible on one level and without thresholds. It features an entrance hall, a tastefully furnished living room, a spacious gourmet kitchen, four bedrooms (air-conditioned), two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and shower and the other with a shower and toilet, and a separate guest toilet. Covered terrace with a large dining table, a covered area with a comfortable lounge set, a shaded palapa, a swimming pool (maintained twice a week), an outdoor shower, and eight comfortable loungers. Parking for one car behind the gate on the property.
Grote Berg is a quiet neighborhood in the center of the island. It's a former defense district with well-built homes. Within walking distance, you'll find various amenities, including a gym, several restaurants, a wine shop with weekly events, and a delicious oliebollen stall in the fall. A beauty salon and laundromat are also located in the shopping center.
We can arrange a rental car or a grocery package upon arrival upon request. Just ask! Electricity and water usage will be billed afterward.

Why they chose this property
A nice, safe, quiet neighborhood, wonderfully located on the wind, nice and central in the middle of the narrowest part of the island. Close to the airport and Willemstad, but especially very close to the most beautiful beaches of the island! Our favorites are Portomari, Cas Abou, Daaibooi and Kokomo and a little further to Westpunt you will find Grote Knip, Lagun, Kalki and Piskado. You can swim to your heart's content even with the turtles, sunbathe, snorkel, dive fantastically and enjoy all the other water sports.
In the neighborhood itself, within walking distance, is Restaurant Bali where you can eat delicious Asian and Surinamese food. Next to Bali is a local delicacy shop and also the cocktail bar Shots, here you will also find nice drinks and good cuisine.
In our new shopping mall Oasis, new businesses opened or are about to open soon! For example wine and coffee at Kafino, which organizes lovely winetastings and other weekly events. There's a fitness center, a mani/pedi, laundry service, hairdresser's, fish restaurant, Italian restaurant and much more to enjoy!
Just outside the neighborhood you will find restaurant De Buurvrouw and Landhuis Daniel. There are so many nice places to eat or drink. With less than 10 minutes in the car you will find a unique place at Williwood, Marfa's Hangout where they have the famous Kabritu Burger, stop at the flamingos or view the art of Nena Sanchez in Landhuis Jan Kok! And Willemstad is only a 10-15 minute drive away.
