It is all about the World Famous Treasure Island beaches.
This unit is a little treasure and you will find one great feature of this complex is the short walk to the private beach access exclusive to Sunset Cove.
This will be your Home Away from Home!
This quiet, nicely landscaped complex with pool is close to playground,restaurants, grocery, pharmacy, gas station, urgent cares and hospitals.
Free WIFI available!
Full kitchen with small appliances, utensils, pots, pans, air fryer, mixer and crockpot.
Boogie board, sand toys, beach towels and beach mats, beach chairs and umbrella w/anchor provided.
Now we have a couple of bikes to enjoy island breeze biking.
Ground floor unit and you parking space right by your door also free guest parking available to your guests.
Please use only your designated parking space.

********Condo assoc rules posted in laundry room. Nothing hung/shaken over railings & nothing left by door such as beach sandals per Fire Marshall please.

Please use footwash by pool on feet, sandals, beach chair legs to help keep sand out of condo.

If you could take all the garbage out when you leaving and put dishes away please, don’t need to do anything with laundry just make sure towels are hanged,thank you.
Could you please make sure you log out from the TV before you leave ( your personal streaming accounts)if needed. Set thermostat to 78 please. Thank you for staying, hope to see you back!

We loved our stay! Our hosts were wonderful. Very responsive with communication right from booking through our stay. Easy check in and out. The place is perfect if you’re looking for a nice quiet condo literally steps from the beach! Very clean and stocked with all the amenities you could need. King size bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend! We hope to stay here again!

Perfect location if you’re looking to relax and have space on the beach. The bicycles were a big bonus to ride around on!!Refreshing pool to dip into after rinsing off sand from the beach. Condo was super clean and had literally anything you could think you would need and more!!!I appreciate Arpad for working with me and cannot wait to book again.

We had a wonderful time. We took full advantage of the property’s amenities like the umbrella, beach chairs and floats. The kitchen was well-equipped. The bed was cozy. We loved the location too. The beach was right across the street. Since we didn’t bring a car, we appreciated there being a 7-Eleven and bus stop just a 10 minute walk away. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

We had a fabulous day at sunset cold. Our condo was great.We had absolutely noProblems, we would stay there again. We are coming back next year. I would recommend it to anybody. It's a great place to stay close to the beach. There's the Bay, it's amazing the people there were great. We met some really nice nice people. We loved it there. We will be back the condo was perfect, it had everything we needed and we absolutely love the bikes. Every candle should offer bikes. They were amazing.Thank you. You guys were great host.

Location was perfect. Beach was never crowded. Walking distance to a bar with music. Everything we needed but enough tp but two girls 6 days no biggie. We did not use the pool- the Bay Area was a nice place to just chill. Beach equipment, cooking, and even ice.I am a travel agent and we stayed here to try something different to give my clients on a budget an experience of it and I would stay here again without hesitation. Safe area, quiet but all in the middle of everything.

This resort is across the street from the beach. It is a quiet place and the pool is clean and of a good size. There are wonderful restaurants close by.

Beautiful spot and quiet

This condo was just perfect for the three of us. The pool was never crowded and the intercoastal waterway access on the other side was great for watching a few fish and some even saw a manatee. The condo is very cute!

Beach condo

The location was great, it was right across the street from the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and a grill was available at the dock area on the ICW. Zero gravity chairs were great for relaxing at the beach or pool.
