We loved the condo. It was very spacious, perfect location and fully stocked to make our trip for our daughter’s wedding seamless so we could enjoy ourselves. I would definitely recommend staying here!!

Girl’s Trip

Super cute and cozy condo, perfect for a girls weekend away! Plenty of space and room for 6 women on our girls trip. Loved the location and view of the ocean. Super easy parking and walk to the pool. The beds and the sitting area were so comfortable. Highly recommend!

This place was perfectly located. The main beach being just minutes away and the adorable town of Fernandina only a little over a mile away. There is so much to do in the area and great food. The only negative I could say is the information on how the enter the garage was not clear at all. We ended up parking in the lot the whole time which was fine but took away parking for other visitors which I felt bad about. I would absolutely recommend this place it is super nice.

Perfection

We absolutely loved the condo. We have been trying to find the perfect condo and location in Amelia for our family for the past 5 years. This was it! The beds were comfortable, the condo stayed cold, and the location was perfect for our teens. Only marked down cleanliness due to the previous guest/housekeeping forgetting to empty garbage and run dishwasher, but it was after the busiest weekend of the year. We will be back.

Perfect place for our family to enjoy the area near Fort Clinch State Park.

Our family (three adult couples) met here to spend a long weekend. One couple flew into Jacksonville airport (approx 45 minutes away — very easy and low pressure airport withconvenient flights), one drove from Gainesville and one drove from Florida panhandle. The condo unit was immaculate and well-stocked. Furniture is very comfortable and we had not trouble seating our family for meals. It really was perfect for us. Hubby used the pool and found it refreshing, the rest of us walked the beach from Fort Clinch to the condo while looking for a few sharks teeth. There are a good selection of restaurants nearby and lots to do. We are nature-lovers so we loved being so close to Fort Clinch. Birding is exceptional there and there are so many trails to enjoy. Traffic can get pretty busy on the weekends, but Fernandina is a nice sized town — not too big with good pockets of real Florida charm. We loved the location of this condo and especially loved how clean and well-equipped it was!!

Great location by the beach. Pool access was a lifesaver with little ones. Property was very clean and comfortable. Has everything thing that you would need for a weeks stay. Would definitely stay here again. Beautiful!
