This condo was fine. The booking process was very smooth. We had an A/C issue that was resolved quickly. The beds and living room were very comfortable. The unit, however, could use some updating. The experience would be much improved with replaced faucets and shower heads in the kitchen and bathrooms. There's some rust on light fixtures But overall the unit served its purpose and we are grateful the A/C was repaired quickly.

We had the best spring break! Even though it was too cool to get in the water, we still had a great time. The condo was perfect for my elderly in-laws, my husband, ny dog, and me. The condo was very clean and well-stocked. We had everything we needed. The furniture was comfortable, and the condo and grounds are super pet-friendly. Communication was very clear, and everything in the condo was exactly as described.I would love to be able to stay in this condo again the next time we visit Amelia Island.

I had a wonderful trip with my family!! The condo was great with the 2 beds and bath. The check in was misleading. You have to go through the Omni security to get parking pass. We were told none needed. The property itself is not cart or stroller friendly. No ramps! Tons of steps to walk up/down getting to pool. We were in building E. Took elevator up to floor B, then realized the elevator didn’t stop on the floor I needed. You have to take one flight up! I have a hard time with stairs, I am not a fan!! The view from the condo was beautiful!

We really enjoyed the resort complex itself—it’s absolutely beautiful, in a great location, and the view from this unit is truly the highlight. Waking up to that view was the best part of our stay.That said, the unit is in need of some attention and upkeep. It feels quite worn and could really benefit from some basic repairs and updates. Simple improvements like replacing burnt-out lightbulbs, cleaning or changing air filters, and addressing rust on doors and bathroom fixtures would make a big difference. The bathtub fixtures, in particular, are noticeably rusted, and overall the space just feels a bit run down.We understand this is a rental, but a walkthrough from the owners to address these maintenance items would greatly improve the guest experience. With a little care and updating, this unit has so much potential given its fantastic location and incredible view.
