Kitchen has been fully remodeled. New carpet and flooring throughout house. House is kept immaculately clean and is surrounded by trees. Nestled in a quiet safe neighborhood minutes from I-5. LBA park is within walking distance and has walking trails, tennis courts baseball fields and playground. Backyard patio is huge, lighted and covered so you can sit by the fire even during Pacific Northwest rainy evenings. Outdoor barbecue is also supplied.

This house provided excellent lodging for my colleagues and I on a work trip. A lovely house in a beautiful neighborhood. Plenty of space for multiple people to work, chat, and eat throughout the day. And the communication was great too. We’ll definitely use it again if we need a space near the Capitol!

It's the trees and green grass. Have a house in Arizona and I love the sun. But there are no trees. My property in Olympia has 8 mature Japanese maple trees that I grafted from just twigs.
