Lakewood National is a PGA Korn Ferry Stop during the regular season. This is golfers paradise! 36 beautiful holes designed by Arnold Palmer's team. With the membership transfer of $650 per stay, guests become members and have access to everything the property has to offer.
Ask about our 10% discount on all stays 3 months or longer. 15% on any stay 6 months or longer. Stays longer than 6 months avoid the Florida hospitality tax of 13%. Stays less than 6 months are required to pay the 13% tax.
$650 Membership transfer fee required for all rentals --- INCLUDES ACCESS TO ALL RESORT AMENITIES; $100/month club food consumption obligation with member number. $95 Green fees for transfer members. $130 Guest fee. --- Pet friendly (Small dogs only, less than 20 pounds) upon owner approval and $500 non-refundable pet fee. 30 Day minimum rental. The Golf cart is a community only cart and can not leave the community.
