Designed for comfort and convenience, this pet-friendly retreat sleeps up to 6 guests with a Queen bed, two Twin beds, and a Queen sofa sleeper.

Guests can enjoy a shared heated pool, peaceful Lemon Bay views, and a private screened lanai—perfect for morning coffee or winding down after a beach day. Additional amenities include in-unit laundry and free parking for one vehicle.

Located in a quiet 8-unit complex, Turtle Bay 3A is within walking distance to restaurants, live music, and local shops. Optional boat dock access on Lemon Bay is available by reservation (fee), and guests can explore the island easily using Stumpy’s Free Ride golf-cart shuttle. Ideal for beach lovers, boaters, and anyone seeking laid-back Old Florida charm. 🌴

By booking and occupying this property, you agree to comply with the following House Rules. Failure to comply may result in additional fees, loss of deposit, or termination of the reservation without refund.

Occupancy
Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight.
Maximum occupancy limits must be followed at all times. Exceeding occupancy or misrepresentation of guest count may result in immediate termination without refund.

Minimum Age & Age-Restricted Communities
The primary renter must be at least 18 years old.

Cleaning & Trash
Guests are responsible for maintaining reasonable cleanliness.
Trash must be bagged and placed in designated bins

All trash and personal items must be removed at check-out
Excessive mess or improper disposal may result in additional cleaning charges.

Appliances, Utilities & AC Use
Use appliances and systems as instructed.
Do not set AC below reasonable temperatures
Turn off lights and appliances when not in use
Do not tamper with thermostats, electrical panels, or equipment
Damage caused by misuse will be charged to the guest.

Maintenance & Property Access
Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately.
Do not attempt repairs
Management may enter the property for emergencies, safety concerns, or HOA compliance
Failure to report issues promptly may increase guest liability.

Great weekend getaway

We loved the location, close to the beach and the pool was amazing!! The apartment was very clean, beds were a little hard, loved the screen porch and within walking distance to restaurants and stores.

Peaceful Retreat

Property was exceptionally clean with a great location, nearby all the fantastic restaurant's, and your own access to a private beach. Very clean, updated, well equipped with everything you need for a week stay. Heated pool was great for coming back from a day at the beach. Property manager was quick to respond with any questions. Definitely will rent again!

Great Place to stay

For us this was a Great place to stay for all of us .It checked all the Boxes .We could bring our Golden Leia There is a pool a dock in the back to fish The Gulf is across the street The Place was Big very clean had everything we needed The only thing I wasnt fond of is the parking .We had two vehicles and there is only one space.Parking is very tight .You could not leave your vehicle parked overnight in the Guest parking space which made me have to go park on the road.But everything is was Wonderful Very Peaceful all the other guests were families and very nice.
