Upstairs master bedroom and bath (with Jacuzzi) sleeps 2.
Downstairs living room with one new pullout couch and two new pullout sofa chairs sleeps another 2. Also has deck with view of bay, kitchenette, dining area and second full bathroom. Children are allowed to use the pull out chairs.
Ample free on-site parking and free shuttle service to Newport Center. Sail Newport is nearby for inexpensive rental of sailboats. Gooseberry Beech for excellent ocean swimming is located 3 miles away on scenic Ocean Drive.
