Location, Large Fenced Yard and a hot tub!

This amazing cottage is located 1 block from Elk Avenue, mountain shuttle and all shops and restaurants! Walk everywhere or take the town shuttle to the mountain lifts. After all the fun, enjoy a relaxing time in our hot tub! We offer one queen bedroom and a nice, built in bunkroom with two twin beds. This is the perfect property for kids. The bath is located by the bunk room. Enjoy a south facing grassy fenced back yard, propane grill and your own private playground! Wi-fi and Smart TV in the master bedroom. Roku on living and bunkbedroom. We do not have cable tv. Dogs are welcomed for an extra fee of $100/dog, no exceptions. Please add that when requesting booking. No Off street Parking. Parking with permit only. Please provide license plates before arrival for permit issue. Early Check-In: Available for an additional $40 fee. Please message us with any questions or to check availability for your dates.

Location location location!! So close to everything on Elk and walking/hiking - we never got in the car. The fenced in yard is great for dogs. The house is very old - but charming and clean and has everything you need.

Perfect weekend getaway

Perfect location for a mountain town weekend getaway! Easy to get in/out - clear communication from the owners, parking permit was easy, no red flags! The house is over 100yrs old so as long that’s the expectation this spot is PERFECT!

Quaint historic house in walking distance to town

Excellent location to town! Bed was a bit soft for our liking, but still very comfortable. So cozy! We loved having the hot tub for us and yard for our dog. Everything you need is here in this home!

Average accomodations in an above average location. Beds and linen need a refresh. Bathroom is bare minimum. Hot tub is a savior after a long day of turns.

Great Stay in Downtown Crested Butte

This was the perfect spot for our stay in Crested Butte. We could walk right into downtown for dinner, coffee, and shopping and bike from the house to the trails. Our pups loved the big backyard, too. We'd definitely stay again!
