All the space and freedom you need to escape and unwind with family and friends. We have been a rental for 3 years. We were using a property management group and decided to Self host and the reviews don't transfer. You won't regret staying with us.

Wake up to beautiful views of the San Francisco Peaks from our renovated, six bedroom, three bathroom, 3,500 sq. ft. home. Tucked just 15 minutes east of Flagstaff, our home is perfectly situated for plenty of Northern Arizona fun! This refuge is only 10 minutes to Walnut Canyon Natl. Monument, 20 mins to Sunset Crater Volcano Natl. Monument, and Wupatki Natl. Monument. The home is a quick 45 minutes to Snowbowl Ski Resort, Williams, AZ, and Meteor Crater. You can be in glorious Sedona in an hour or you can explore the South Rim of the Grand Canyon, Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon, and Petrified Forest, each is about a 90-minute drive from this property.

After enjoying the wonderful attractions, rest assured you have selected the perfect place to wind down, rest and enjoy some peace and quiet. The views of the night sky from our home are absolutely incredible, there are no lights to obscure your view. If you prefer to enjoy the outdoors this amazing retreat is equipped with a Hot-Tub, barbecue grill, fire-pit and outdoor games. 

Although there is much to enjoy outside, there is also comfort and serenity inside of the home. 

In the living room, a reclining sectional surrounds a stunning petrified wood gas fireplace. An extremely comfortable arm chair offers extra seating and a flat screen TV sits on the far end of the room. Behind the living room, you’ll find the dark wood dining table, capable of seating eight. To the left of the dining room is another table with seating for four and the entrance to the kitchen which overlooks the game room.

The kitchen has plenty of counter and cabinet space and comes equipped with all that you may need to cook the perfect meal, including a , classic coffee machine and Kuerig, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, and large refrigerator.

The game room sits just behind the kitchen and holds everything you need to spend quality time with your guests! A casino card table seating six (poker chips are included and can be found in the bookshelf), a pool table, table and chairs for two, and bar top with two barstools sitting at the opening to the kitchen adorn this spacious, open room. A flat screen TV rests on the far wall while menagerie of books and games including Cranium and Trivial Pursuit can be found on the nearby bookshelf.

There are six bedrooms in this home. Two can be found on the right side of the home behind the dining room. The remaining bedrooms and bathrooms are past the kitchen on the left side.

The simple, cozy Tuscan Sun room sits at the end of the hallway behind the dining room. It holds two full sized beds and a flat screen TV.

The Sunflower room is next to the Tuscan Sun room. This bedroom is bright and welcoming, holding a queen sized bed.

On the right side of the home, you’ll find the master bedroom. This warm space is home to a comfortable king sized bed, a desk and chair, a lounge chair, an electric fireplace, and a flat screen TV for your convenience. The attached master bathroom has a double vanity, a standard size walk-in shower, and linen storage space.

In the hallway outside of the master you’ll find another bathroom with separated, double vanities and a shower/bathtub combination.

Following the hallway past the kitchen are the remaining bedrooms and bathrooms.

The Silver Fox room has lovely silver furnishings and a queen bed with a purple chandelier above it. This bedroom also has a flat screen smart TV.

The Red Velvet room is also home to a queen sized bed and classic, elegant wood furnishings. An incredibly comfortable armchair rests in the corner and a wall mounted flat screen smart TV is on the wall at the foot of the bed.

The Dreamcatcher bedroom is equipped with a queen bed with dreamcatchers overhead. The bedroom also houses a smart flat screen television, a chair, and upholstered bench

The final bathroom can be found at the end of this hallway. Like the others, it also holds a double vanity with plenty of space for everyone to come and go as they please. The shower/bathtub combination work great for kids.

The home is equipped with a washer and dryer as well as a spacious laundry room, including an extra fridge and freezer for your goodies. Also an ironing board and iron.

Bring your ATVs/UTVs/dirt bikes and hiking boots, and ride endless trails in and out from your doorstep!

***Single floor home. The home does have limited amounts of single steps throughout.
***Self check-in! Receive check-in instructions 3 days prior to arrival with your lock box code.

Dogs are permitted; however, we ask that you keep "4 on the floor" as we say in our house. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Also, please pick up after them outside, doggie bags are provided. There is a doggie door into the garage as well. We normally allow 2 dogs. No other pets are permitted without approval. There is a $50 pet fee per pet. 

We supply freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish, dishwasher, and hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

There is a sister property to this home that can accommodate additional people. Please reach out if you are interested in booking this supplementary home.

The internet is satellite. If there is cloud coverage or other natural weather effects, the internet may slow down.

There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.

No parties or events are permitted.

A rental contract must be signed and submitted, after reservation confirmation.

Smoking permitted OUTSIDE ONLY.

There is a short drive on a dirt road.

This home is in a semi-rural area. There may be a possibility for wild animals or insects. Please keep does closed at all times.

We can also stock your fridge, freezer and pantry pre check-in, with all your favorite things! Wouldn't it be nice to arrive to cold drinks, snacks and steaks ready to be enjoyed! There is a $1.00 per item fee, minimum of $20.00.
