The good outweighs the bad. Good location and clean setting. Sleeps family of 6 just fine. Bad, albeit petty-the walls are as thin as the 1 ply toilet paper and the drama from the downstairs neighbors at 2am is not pleasant. The flooring has loose tiles that may pinch bare feet. Small outdated toilet.

Condo was just like in the pictures. The setting is beautiful. Warning though there is no elevator. I would say that was the only drawback. We had a window shade issue and I called - they came first thing next day to fix. Comfy condo for 3 or more people. Furniture was nice, bed were comfortable. The bathroom shower is due soon for an upgrade but was clean, water pressure was good and lots of hot water avail. The kitchen was a good size- we really didn’t cook this time but it had everything needed to cook.

My family loved every moment of our stay. The slopes were just a short drive away, making it super convenient for skiing. Plus, Breckenridge and Frisco were also nearby, offering plenty of options for skiing and fun activities like snow tubing. This spot was everything we hoped for and more. We will definitely book again!

The condo was clean and spacious as pictured. Covered parking was great! Driving to the slopes was very easy. Bedding in unit was comfortable. Proximity to Keystone Village was very nice. What would make this unit a 5 star accommodation? (updating the stove -- I think it's the original stove that was here when I was a housekeeper at Keystone in 1986), updating the heating system that doesn't make noises throughout the night waking me up). The entrance door to this unit and next door slam close when opened waking guests. All things considered, it was a nice stay in this condo and fit our needs.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
