Discover this 4-bedroom gem in Port St. Joe. This charming house is new to the rental market and boasts two king beds, one queen bed, four twin beds (2 sets of bunks), and two sofa beds. It is perfect for families or groups of friends. With three bathrooms equipped with hair dryers and showers, guests can freshen up after a day on the beach. The living room offers an additional family space with board games for all ages. A fully equipped kitchen will make it seem like you never left home!

The boardwalk to the beach is right outside the back side door. Just a short 2-minute walk down the boardwalk, you will find beautiful Windmark Beach. The house offers all beach equipment, including chairs, tents, towels, toys, a wagon, and a cooler. A baby stroller is also provided. The outside shower allows you to enjoy a long day at the beach without the worry of sand inside. A golf cart is available for rent for an additional fee.

Enjoy your coffee on the porch swing while looking at the gorgeous bay. The outdoor dining area has seating for 8. Grill your favorites while looking at the water on the propane grill provided. The front porch has rocking chairs for relaxation. Be sure to end your evenings at the fire pit, which has seating for 4.

A short walk to the communal pool and Village Center, enjoy a large resort-style pool that is heated from October through March. The pool also offers a snack and beverage bar during peak season. At the Village Center, your family can enjoy ice cream, a candy store, a beach rental shop, and a full-service bar. Dinner options are available at the Village Center as well. Order Bruno's Pizza on the Village patio or dine at The View restaurant.

A neighborhood dog park and pet-friendly beaches make this home perfect for your fur babies! One dog under 50 pounds is welcome, with an additional pet fee. The paved bike and walking paths offer even more opportunities to take in the beauty of Windmark Beach.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
All beach towels should be washed, dried, and returned to the downstairs bathroom.
If the golf cart was rented, all sand must be removed from the cart, and the key must be secured adequately in the lock box.
The recycle bin in the pantry should be emptied into the larger recycling trash can in the garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The house was clean and beautifully decorated! We enjoyed having our coffee on the back porch each morning then stepping out the door to the boardwalk/walking path for a nice morning walk. We loved that the beach was a short walk from the house.

Amazing Trip

Absolutely amazing beach house located close to the beach with plenty of space to accommodate my daughter’s bridal party for her bachelorette trip! Plenty of fun things for entertainment in the Windmark community! The house was in the perfect location and was furnished with all the amenities you could possibly need for a fun trip on the coast. My family would love to come again soon!

Best trip ever!

We had the best beach trip! This house was beautifully decorated, and every detail was well thought out! It is a quiet neighborhood with a delicious pizza place. The pool looked cool too but we spent all of our time at the beach. There is a short walk to the beach. Our small kids were able to make the walk back and forth without trouble. We loved the bunk beds for the kids. We really appreciated that the house comes with a wagon, chairs, plenty of beach towels! It was very helpful to not have to pack those things. We will definitely come back year after year!

Coastal Haven is an absolute gem!

We loved everything about our stay at Coastal Haven! My family said they wouldn’t have changed a thing about our week in PSJ! This home is absolutely gorgeous and was perfect for our family- 5 adults and 3 kiddos. The entire house is immaculate, spacious, comfortable (all of the furniture/beds are a 10/10), and convenient access to the beach/pool/downtown/restaurants. Finally, the home offers all of the comforts and necessities to make it a relaxing stay that makes you feel like you are at home. The owners are very responsive and go above and beyond- I left my necklace behind and they have offered to send it to us- they are so kind! This was the best rental we have ever stayed in and we are so grateful to have found Coastal Haven! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Windmark Beach offers the best of everything. Enjoy peaceful, uncrowded beaches with no high rises or tourist traps. Port St. Joe is a the sweetest little town that is like Mayberry on the beach! Local restaurants are the gem of this town. There are very few large chain business in Port St. Joe. Step back from all the business of life and relax on the Forgotten Coast.

Our home is just that--a home! We want you to feel like you are at home and not in a vacation rental. We have selected items that we would want in our vacation home.
