We had a wonderful visit to the area. We loved the house and location and have rented in the past and hope to stay again. My only complaint was the fact that the freezer did not work and had a bad odor. The owner offered to bring a small college size to get us by but I declined. I appreciated the offer, but we had already thrown away our frozen items.
Such a beautiful environment! Secluded and peaceful. Someone else mentioned the driveway. Just be super slow and careful. It isn’t easy to find the turnoff but I messaged beforehand so I figured it out. They added such nice additions like a few local beers in the fridge, coffee and even bubble bath! I did not pay attention to the one bathroom but it ended up working out. Also, if you have an elderly or disabled person the bathroom is up the steep stairs. It is huge for entertaining large crowds very comfortably with lots to do. The bedroom downstairs has some noise throughout the night but I like noise and if you bring a sound machine it wouldn’t be noticeable, truly amazing experience and I would love to come again!!!
Absolutely loved our stay at this charming home. Enjoyed the access to the river and watching kayakers float by. The house had everything we needed and more. However, the one thing that was unexpected was the lane to the house. It is a gravel road that is pretty bumpy, so definitely make sure to have a car that can handle off road surfaces
