ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT FEE: Prior to arrival a refundable $750 deposit is required to check-in as damage protection. We look forward to welcoming you to our place. in order to avoid that you can add at least a basic $59 damage protection plan to your stay.

Important: The cleaning fee is to clean the house, not to undo damages or pickup leftover food (including fridge). We appreciate your cooperation with this when your rental is finished.
NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features Ring doorbell devices with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry. Delightful house, well appointed with every sort of thing you could need for a short-medium term rental. The manager/owner was extremely responsive when something went wrong and fixed it immediately. Our kids loved the mini-golf and the game room immensely. Would absolutely rent this property again. Hot tub was a hit!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Check in was seamless and easy. Upon our arrival fresh flowers and a goody bag was left which was such a nice touch. I think this is the only rental that has done that for us and we have stayed at many places both domestic and international. The backyard was so enjoyable with every amenity you could think of, hot tub, mini golf, cold plunge, tv’s, sitting areas etc. this house is great for families with built in safety features like a gate at the top of the stairs and plenty of closet space plus a game room in the garage. The house even came with bikes and a burley trailer which we used. We did not have a special part you needed for the burley hitch but Jonathan ordered this immediately and helped assemble. The customer service is excellent and anything we needed was addressed very quickly. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and look forward to staying in the future!

Amazing house in a very quiet neighborhood that was also close to the beach. Lot of items available for entertainment, mini golf, pool table, foosball, bicycles, etc. Hot tub was clean and hot, very nice.

Perfect house for a week at the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It had everything we could have needed and more. It was especially nice for young children - the kids loved playing in the game room and on the backyard mini golf course, we found plastic kids' plates, bowls & cups in the kitchen, and there were even safety gates at both the top and bottom of the stairs. The house is as clean & beautiful as depicted in the photos and is situated in a great location. We will definitely try to stay here again during another trip to Vero Beach!

Comfortable and lots of things to do

The house was immaculate. Beautiful bedrooms, kitchen with all the cool gadgets, game room with pool table, dart board and digital pinball machine. Also bikes too. Backyard is built for lounging outside with plenty of seating plus a hot tub. Close to the jungle Trail and Disney Club which is great spot for dinner. TVs were everywhere including game room, outside in covered area and in bedrooms. All in all a wonderful home.

Walking arround this beautiful neighborhood is what attracted us to this area on the first place. It is so quiet and so beautifully accompanied by mature trees. Let's not even talk about how close we are to the beach, you can even hear the waves crushing on the shore at night.

What makes this property unique

We have a great outdoor experience going with beautiful Oak trees, palm trees, a nice gazebo to sleep under the shade and a relaxing hot tub to admire the beautiful luscious surroundings while taking a dip. There's a relaxing outdoor shower and a beautiful front yard to enjoy breakfast next to a water fountain. Our property is 4 blocks from the beach and close to the Jungle trail where you can take our bikes arround and enjoy a nice ride surrounded by nature.
