Recently completed, the Hideout boasts 33 straight 5-start reviews (23 on Airbnd!) in its brief time as a short-term rental. The house sits on 1.8 acres of a larger a private 103-acre ranch with views and access to a private 3-acre stocked pond. Sit by the firepit and enjoy the sunset and as cows come to greet you at the fence. Every mechanical delivery system in the home has been replaced and the interiors warm and upscale. The kitchen features a Sub Zero and Wolf suite of appliances. The Hideout is perfect blend of rustic charm and modern amenities. Nestled in Washington on the Brazos, the birthplace of Texas, the Hideout is 34 Miles from Kyle Field in College Station and 44 Miles from Round Top. The house is a 20-minute drives or less from Chappell Hill, Brenham, and Navasota allowing guests to experience all that small town Texas has to offer.
