Stunning Florida backyard oasis w/access to a private residences beach

AMAZING outdoor oasis w/modern pool, spa, tiki hut, outdoor kitchen and comfortable lounging to enjoy beautiful sunny South Florida. Views of the ocean and beaches are accessible from the rooftop terrace. Directly across from home is an entrance to a private residences beach for more family fun!. Inside this terrific property boasts 3 full bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, 3 queen beds and 2 twin beds. More great family fun with a game room w/ping pong table and a fitness room, You enter the property thru a private guest entrance into a full size laundry area then thru to the living area with large TV, kitchen, game room, fitness room, full bath and a queen bed guest room. A beautiful wood and iron staircase leads guests into the other 3 bedrooms and 2 more full size bathrooms.
Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and take advantage of a prime South Florida lifestyle. Experience what Pompano Beach has to offer within the immediate area of, golfing, scuba diving, deep sea fishing, boating, water sports, fine dining, shopping and prime city entertainment.

Parking is on site directly in front of residence. Private residences beach access in front of house with code provided.
The accommodations are attached to the property owners residence (separate entrances private interiors). Owners may at times be occupying their residence but give rental guests priority over use of pool area for their privacy.

Please take note any guests over 6ft there are short ceiling heights (6.5 ft) in part of the accommodation.

Not in pictures..... a 6 person dining table (there is also a 2 person table), 1 of the 4 bedrooms is not shown (was set up after pictures) and has a queen bed in it, all beds have headboards and there is no bike in the fitness room, there is an indoor laundry room with full washer and dryer. Everything else looks just as pictured.

The accommodations are attached to the property owners residence but each have their own private entrance and no interior spaces are shared. Rental guests are prioritize for their comfort for the outdoor use.---- If owners are in their residence they will not use the pool area while guests are.
One bedroom, 1 bath. game room, fitness area, kitchen an living are at ground level. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths are on second floor.

The TV in outdoor cabana is not available for use.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Beach key Fob is left in basket on dining room table. Loss of will incur a $100 fine. Please make sure all doors and windows are closed & locked.
All dishes & kitchen items used please wash or put in the dishwasher (then turned on). Refrigerators should be cleaned out from whatever you put in and any food in the kitchen brought in removed.
Leave beds unmade (not stripped). Please replace all beach items, pool items & cleaning supplies to where you found them.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No illegal drug use, illegal activities or domestic distrubances
Smoking is allowed only outside. Smoking trash must be disposed of in trash cans outside
Picture ID may be requested, total # of guests disclosed upon booking. Guest who books must respond after booking to booking confirmation questions.

Spectacular Ocean Side Newly Renovated Beach Vacation Home!

Our family was beyond appreciative of this stunning spacious ocean side home with views from each room! We travel to upscale homes frequently, and this one, with spiral staircase to a rooftop terrace overlooking ocean-perfect for morning Bloody Mary’s! Each cozy inviting bedroom has a tv, modern bathroom attached with high pressure hot showers, plenty of towels. In the evening, we all cozied up under blankets + grown adults watched Christmas movies on the big tv in family area with popcorn from the popcorn machine! After scheduling couple massages locally, we came home + grilled out by the pool, turned on jacuzzi and watched sun go down. Short 30 second walk to white sandy beach; discovered pool chairs on side of home. Perfect location to go quickly to Lauderdale, Boca Raton, etc. Grace went above and beyond to accommodate our every need, as we can be high maintenance, even sending a basketball same day! Meanwhile, 6” of snow back home in Ohio! Thank you for the hospitality and making our family vacation spectacular!

Pool area is stunning and we used it day and night. Access to the beach is easy and the beach is also stunning.We did run out of toilet paper and by the time we figured it out, it was Christmas day and there was no way to get any. Not a big deal. We were at max capacity of adults and we ran through it quickly. I didn't want to bother the property manager on Christmas day, so we managed that day and bought some the next day.Also, the hot tub wasn't heating up one of the nights but we called the number provided in the paperwork and the owner got right on it. He even showed my son how to do something on the panel to fix it ourselves if it happened again.I also wanted to mention that my husband and I left a couple of items in the unit by accident when we checked out. I thought he took them and he thought I took them. One was rather expensive and neither of us realized it wasn't at home with us. We got a text with a photo asking if it was ours a few days later. It would have been very easy for the cleaners to pocket the items. I am very impressed with the integrity. The property manager, Grace, made every effort to get the items to us and I really appreciate it.I would recommend renting this unit to anyone who loves the beach and the pool and the Pompano Hillsboro area. We all had a wonderful week!! I give it a heartfelt five stars!

FYI..we provide 2 rolls of toliet paper per bath (double that for 2 weeks or more reservations).

Description un peu trompeuse. La partie accessible de la villa est relativement restreinte et se situe au sous sol. Pas d’accès direct à la piscine via le salon ou la cuisine. La lumière dehors reste allumé en permanence. Impossible de l’éteindre la nuit car géré par les propriétaires. Très dérangeant pour dormir la nuit.La plage privée est infestée d’algues donc inutilisable.L’extérieur de la villa est vraiment top.En bref un cadre exceptionnel mais quelques déceptions.
