Beautiful brand new cabin set in a patch of woods. Very clean inside and hot tub was spectacular. Not a lot of room for a big family, but was fine for our family of 3.
We had the best time at the Pine Cone Cottage. We loved the privacy from all the tall trees, the cleanliness from the entire house, including the hot tub, and making smores by the fire pit. We enjoyed hiking at Stone Mountain State Park and going to Shiloh General store to get the best Amish made sandwiches we ever had and Wholesome Country Creamery for yummy ice cream. We look forward to coming back!
Even better than expected! The setting was spectacular!! Very private, quiet, and super clean property! Perfect for the four of us located not too far from the wedding venue!
This cottage was super clean and we really enjoyed being surrounded by the pine trees. The hot tub was great, too. The Shiloh General Store was a good visit, as was Stone Mountain, and the Andy Griffith Museum. It wasn't too far of a drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway. I did have to call and ask the rental agency for the directions, and I couldn't understand the accent of the person who answered the phone. Thankfully, they emailed them after I asked. Also, our GPS brought us to a house down the road instead of to the cabin. We kept driving, and thankfully, the cottage was clearly marked with a sign at the end of the driveway. We really enjoyed our stay and will recommend this cottage to others. I hope we get to come back sometime!
